For me, the key to an enjoyable car buying experience is to do your research and go into a dealership well-prepared. It's a business transaction - it's not personal. In this case, Rowe had the used car I wanted. I knew what it was worth on the market, I knew what my trade was worth, and I lined up low-rate financing beforehand. We quickly settled on a price for the car and trade-in. While I had financing ready to go, the Rowe team found a lender to match my low rate, so I financed with them. There was no BS, no trying to sell me expensive add-ons that I didn't want or need. A couple hours after I arrived I drove off the lot with my new car. Hats off to Keith, Greg and the rest of the Rowe team. They were professional, courteous and responsive. I would definitely consider working with them in the future. More
