Only 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. .. I had a horrible experience after bringing my car to them for some relatively minor body work after hitting a bird on the interstate. I underst .. I had a horrible experience after bringing my car to them for some relatively minor body work after hitting a bird on the interstate. I understand parts shortages or shipping delays so accurate information or even what was on backorder wouldn't have been an issue. Instead they seemingly just made things up and kept telling me that my car would be done in a couple days or that it was almost done and just needed to be reassembled... So I would call back after they told me it would be done to hear basically the same thing as before "it's almost done, be ready on Wednesday" Considering the most obvious part that the car came in needing hadn't arrived over a month later I think it's reasonable to assume they just say whatever they think of to get customers off the phone. I picked up my car and brought it to another shop to get it finished... and found out that they installed a window wrong and sanded the door frame to get it to stop rubbing. Yes, sanded the paint off the frame of the body of the car so the window wouldn't rub. Absolutely horrible experience and I wouldn't bring my car back to them if the work was free. More

It's a terrible time to buy a car, but Spencer made it easy and was very friendly and professional. He did everything he could to make the process easy and responded when I had a follow up question.
