Worked with Ken Sweet who was not pushy, supplied all data asked for and followed up on what he said he would do. Hub caps were missing and Ken found them. He also supplied a roof rack. Although Rowe is almost 90 minutes away from where I live, I decided to give them a try and I am so glad I did. The friendliness of the employees at the Quick Lane is exceptional. Not only are they friendly, but also the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The technician and Kevin, the Quick Lane manager, both explained in layman's terms what was wrong with my SUV and how best to correct it. I left feeling valued as a customer and I look forward to purchasing my next car from Rowe Westbrook, a company capable of excellent work and worthy of my loyalty for years to come. In particular, Kevin is great to deal with and Roland, my technician, is personable, honest, and kind. They treat their customers the way they would treat their friends and family.
