The service department is slow. Everytime something is "fixed" it really isn't. Or something else breaks right after the fix. The prices are high and I'm convinced that they find problems that don't exist "fixed" it really isn't. Or something else breaks right after the fix. The prices are high and I'm convinced that they find problems that don't exist. This was vefired when I took my vehicle to another mechanic after getting an estimate from Rowe. He told me that the "problems" they found did for the most part not exist. There estimate of around 700 dollars was fixed by my neighborhood mechanic for under $100. More
