Not only do they just focus on makeing the sales but there is an after sales communication with customers as far as feedback from them to see, if they were satissied with their service and was the staff very friendly to them, most important how rapid was the service on the vehicle. Personally, I find Rowe deserves a AAA+ on all their business traits. I am very impressed with my 2009 Hyundai Sonata. It is a very dependable vehicle. Just like my first Hyundai vehicle 1988XL from Pacifico Ford in Philadelphia, Pa I always find them the best bang for my buck. More

I was given a free loaner and the small area was repaired at no charge to me. They never made me feel like a bother. I was treated with respect and compassion.
