After 10 weeks and the car literally being in their possession 7 weeks the I Drive still doesn't work. Brought it to a BMW dealership myself and they said Rt69 installed a faulty I Drive or else the wrong one for the car. Upon hearing this and the fact it would cost $1750 to fix, RT69 stopped taking my phone calls. More

Scam artists I bought my son his first car from these guys and i payed $3500 4 months ago. I have put in about that much in repairs and my son couldn't drive I bought my son his first car from these guys and i payed $3500 4 months ago. I have put in about that much in repairs and my son couldn't drive it for half of the time because he had surgery. When it died 2 weeks ago they refused to let me have it towed there so I brought it to a local mechanic, it cost over $1500 to fix this time and it is still not totally right. Rt 69 sells cars and doesn't back what they say. Being a single mom this has really put some strain on my finances. Never go to this dealer!!!! More

Went to buy a used car which did not even last THREE DAYS before dying while I was driving which could have resulted in the injury or death of me and my sixteen year old sister. The repair shop we took it to said the repairs were worth more than the six thousand dollar car and we were lucky to be alive. After this experience I'd say so are they. WARNING: They put more effort into posting fake reviews than they do inspecting their cars so I have decided to post this review wherever I can to help other potential would-be victims. We received a refund due to their warranty and our mention of our lawyer but even being refunded took over a week longer than they claimed it would. Worst buying experience ever. For you own safety avoid at all costs, they have no value for human life let alone customer service. More
DON'T EVEN CONSIDER Worst Car Buying Experience Ever! First - Don't expect the place to look anything like what you see in the pictures! Second - They will say anything Worst Car Buying Experience Ever! First - Don't expect the place to look anything like what you see in the pictures! Second - They will say anything to sell you car but wont stand behind any of it Third - You need to understand a few things before you attempt to purchase or service a vehicle here... 1--First they will sell you the car and make you come back and pay for it before it is ready, all we needed was the right front tire replaced. We shopped for it Tuesday, Dropped the check off on Wednesday, and picked the car up on Thursday. (i also live 45 minutes away) 2--Here's to the service department who took 2.5 hours (I wish i was kidding) to replace that tire........ 3--I then return because the tire sensor light that was suppose to be resolved with this new tire, still wasn't resolved. 4--I come back and have them "fix" the vehicle 2 additional times, the light still does not turn off. So now we have been here 6 times from 45 minutes away..... 5--return the last time and they brought the car to a Hyundai dealer but never told us we wouldn't get the car back that day so once again we leave car-less (this may not had been the outcome if they were smart enough to realize that you cant make an appointment a dealer the day of and expect the car back the same day.....we had made the appointment with 69 for two days prior....plenty of time to actually the schedule the car to be worked on.) 6--The day we leave car-less we end up being yelled at by both the owner(who really wants to be at his house in Florida) and his mechanic (who has now "fixed" every time we had brought it back, but yet still having the same problem...). They really don't understand that the car isn't fixed nor has it been if i'm still leaving without a car...... 7--They say they have a warranty but obviously it means nothing since I eventually walked out of the Hyundai Dealer with my car, that i paid for the repairs on, because Route 69 Auto was fighting with Hyundai about having to pay for the work they had just done since clearly its next to impossible to change a tire sensor. Moral of the story if want to be miserable and jerked around by an extremely arrogant owner and a mechanic who probably doesn't know what a car is, then head on down to Route 69 Auto and prepare to not be greeted as you walk in the door! Sincerely, The boyfriend, who you think is an idiot for knowing my car isn't fixed, when i'm WALKING home from your service center without my car... More
Warning !!! They over promise and under deliver. I have been back at least seven times trying to get things 'repaired that were promised in a written contract th They over promise and under deliver. I have been back at least seven times trying to get things 'repaired that were promised in a written contract that now it's almost comical. When I called the day it was supposed to be ready to pick up and actually buy the truck, John Monell {sales manager} said EVERYTHING was done that we agreed on in a written contract to be repaired except the rear bumper. I said ok, and was told I could go back and have them put it on when it came in - fine. They say the do a safety inspection and service every vehicle before it leaves. Not only did I end up doing half of the promised repairs but they didn't even change the oil. Mike Luisi {owner} shows you a laminated safety inspection sheet and i'm willing to bet it is their ONLY copy. If my truck was inspected per their check over, then why did I have to find and plug in my windshield washer pump so my squirters worked {a safety item} ? Why did I have to repair the wire connections going to the driving lights that by law should have been working {a safety item}. I also spent more than four hours scrapping off illegal window tint from the front windows that they were supposed to do {again, safety} I am still waiting for the rear bumper that was not on the truck when I bought it, an air filter box and a new hood latch because they damaged the hood {creased it when they dropped it on a tool, it could not be repaired}. They most likely dropped it because it need new hood struts which hold the hood up {again, these were supposed to have been done before i picked the truck up} We actually spotted the damage they did to the hood before we left on the night I bought it. They weren't gonna tell me they dented it either. It was dark out and raining the night I got it. Mike Luisi said he would fix it. I left there and more than half way to Bristol, the brakes are pulsating and you can smell them burning. went back, they replaced the front pads and rotors {Mike told me it already had new pads and rotors before I bought it.} Left there and the brakes still pulsated and shook the truck - brought it back and they replaced the rear brakes and rotors. They replaced the sending unit because the gas gauge didn't work. So now I'm sitting on the side of the road at 630 in the morning in the rain cause i ran out of gas - the gauge reads half a tank. They put in a junkyard sending unit {Alex the mechanic told me they did}. So I went back to have that replaced. When there i asked Mike Luisi {owner} about the bumper and he started swearing and saying why am i breaking his xxxxx about a bumper ? Are you kidding me ? They replaced my hood with a dented junkyard one. They even painted over old chipped paint - unreal. The hood didn't line up, they beat the latch with a hammer. The grill is loose and missing bolts also. Now when I drive it keeps popping open on me. When I call them about it cause it came up like two feet when I was bringing my son to college, there is no concern. In fact THEY get upset at you for being upset. LOL Then the mechanic Alex says it was the other guys who bent the hood latch. WOW !!! and yet you were the one beating on it with a hammer and then you let me leave with it that way. They don't care if you get killed. So after I complained to the BBB and the lender, they actually called me like an hour later after my complaint was submitted. I guess BBB emails them when a complaint is filed. Oh, your NEW bumper will be here tomorrow along with your air filter box and hood latch - big surprise, no call after they said they wold contact me. They don't call you, they swear at you like you are a bother to them even though they promised you they would fix things and they try and make you the bad guy. Mike Luisi lies to you and passes the buck to his mechanic Alex who lies to you and when you call them out on it, they swear and try and make it your fault. My next call is to the DMV . He says his mechanics are licensed - i see no proof of that which i believe is supposed to be displayed on the walls. Buying the truck was easy, having promised written contract repairs done is not. STAY AWAY !!!! Mike tells everyone the same story....we sell 80 to 100 cars a month here and we safety inspect every car and blah blah blah. He says they go above and beyond what the state of Ct says must be done for safety.Don't believe it. If he reads this, there is no reason to respond because even though I agree you fixed a couple of things, you have dragged me along on the other things thinking i would just give up and go away. More

Dave showed me a few options and I settled on a nice 2000 Subaru. It was priced very fair and they gave me what I wanted for my old car. I can be a bit fussy but Dave was very patient with me and I am grateful for his understanding. More
