Horrible sales, Horrible service!!! Worst dealership, ever!!! First off, I would give it ZERO stars if I could! When I came in to purchase a 2014 Rogue, the salesperson told me th Worst dealership, ever!!! First off, I would give it ZERO stars if I could! When I came in to purchase a 2014 Rogue, the salesperson told me that with no money down (I'd cover taxes and fees), I would not have payments less than $600/mo, which I could not afford. I was pregnant at the time and this seemed unreasonable, considering the online calculator put me at around $400. Dealing with that big price difference was a no go and I walked out. To make a long story short, I went straight to Paramus Nissan and they put me in the same model truck that I wanted in Totowa for less than $400/mo. And this isn't even the bad part of my review... I needed service on my truck almost immediately, as my tire pressure monitoring system was malfunctioning. I brought it to Totowa's service center because I live 2 minutes away from the dealership and I figured its a problem under warranty, they HAVE to fix it, right? Well, after 2 visits that I was told it was fixed (each time I drove right onto 46 and it began malfunctioning AGAIN), I brought it in yesterday for one last attempt at fixing it before filing for lemon law--one attempt more than required by law because I really don't want the hassle of going to court. I even told them I'd leave the truck overnight, again, to make sure it is fixed. Well, the service man, Philip Amend, REFUSED to type the full problem on the service request form, telling me that the technicians would figure it out. I needed the exact problem written out again in case I do need to file. I insisted, and Philip told me that I should just leave and take my truck with me because he was not going to type it up!!! I left. What upsets me even more is that they knew I have 3 children under the age of 3 and our safety is at risk. Of course the service manager is on vacation this week and was unreachable last week when I last brought it in without the success of having it fixed. Needless to say, I'll be calling corporate today. Lesson learned: stay away from this dealership--all departments! More

service My only complaint is that the service took two hours, when it was suggested that it would only take one hour. I wouldn't recommend this Service Center not because of its quality of Service or their friendliness (because many can SMILE when GETTING OVER ON YOU) but because yet ANOTHER LIE about "FREE LIFETIME OI of its quality of Service or their friendliness (because many can SMILE when GETTING OVER ON YOU) but because yet ANOTHER LIE about "FREE LIFETIME OIL CHANGES". I believe I have to get my car serviced there and OVERRPAY for certain service at recommended miles and then - I get a free oil change IN BETWEEN each Service I have to OVERPAY. More

When I bought my car there he was customer focused as well. Sergio worked hard to get me the car at the price I wanted and the terms I would agree on. He made my buying experience so enjoyable I recommended him to my best friend Lou who brought his father down to turn in his old lease vehicle for a new car. I would recommend Sergio and the dealership to anyone and will be back to get a new car soon.. More
I called Bill in your Service Dept. and told him that a few of my sensor lights were on including the master alert and he told me to bring the vehicle in immediately. It was the brakes that needed to be replaced and Bill suggested that I shouldn't wait to get the work done, it needed to be addressed right away and he offered me a discount as well. The price was not too outrageous, of course the labor was much more than the parts. But overrall I am satisfied how the brakes are working on my car and there are no alerts lighting up. I have leased several cars over the years with Nissan 46 and I have to admit that Bill was extremely knowledgeable and handled the problem with my car efficiently, which made me very happy! More
