Every time my car is due for service, I am able to make an appointment that fits my needs, and I have never had an issue. Every member of the service team is wonderful, and I have met the majority! This last time, Luigi was assisting me, and he made sure all my questions were answered, and I left happy and confident in the services performed. Despite a busy day, my wait time was less than expected and I was pleasantly surprised. My lease is coming to an end, so I will be back soon for another deal with Route 46 Nissan! More

The worst customer service experience I ever had to witness. Disrespectful and completely incompetent. I went there for one issue regarding a loud jolting noise in my car’s axle which they claimed to be normal which it clearly was not. Then decided to rip me off by pressuring a wheel alignment in my face when I did not need one to begin with. I made the mistake of buying it and now my car has not been able to drive normally. As of now, I can honestly say that I am actually in need of a wheel alignment as the steering of my car is sporadically turning unnormally. I asked for the Service Manager to put the wheel alignment back to the way it was, as I did not need one to begin with and he had agreed to take care of me on Saturday but was a no show. At my arrival, one of their employees backed a customer’s car into my front bumper in the service department while parked and did not even apologize but acted as if nothing was wrong and the assistant service manager try to lie to me in my face that the accident did not happen after witnessing and touching the abrasion and indentation of it first hand. No care was given at all and told me to call their 1800 number if I wanted to do a claim as if it was not their problem when they hit my car while it was parked. As for the wheel alignment issue, they decided to try it again after insisting nothing was wrong to come back and show the before measurements of the second attempt being in the red and even the total toe was doubled than the after measurement to prove something was off, but still not an apology was given for their misunderstanding. I currently have a claim reported for their accident and still have problems with the wheel alignment despite even their second attempt to fix it. Will never go here for a car or service again. Stay far away from Nissan on Route 46. More

Do not buy or bring your car here DO NOT GO HERE! Do not buy from here, do not lease from here. I leased then was forced to be the car out there smh. The rates per month were an extra DO NOT GO HERE! The rates per month were an extra $150.00 more than my lease was bc of my credit even though I made payments on time. This dealership will rip you off on the price of their cars, and will over charge you on service. I brought my car in several times for CVT issues as the internet would say more about it then they could ever understand. My cars transmission overheated 4 times and I lost acceleration power this year and last year. The gears have also slipped multiple times on acceleration as well including last week when it was hot outside. When I brought my car into 46 Nissan where I bought it from, they already started with excuses saying that they can't replicate the problem and therefore there's nothing else they can do, meanwhile they don't bother looking online at other customer reviews for the 2013 and 2014 Nissan Altima in terms of their cvts overheating. Another couple of months goes by and the same thing happens. Nissan never recommend a transmission flush at all at anytime when I brought the car in, somehow magically you have to flush it every 30,000, what kind of car was made to have transmission problems or service every 30,000 without telling me upfront? NISSAN does! This just gets better, Just last week I brought it in a 2nd time to complain about the cvt because it just overheated for a 4th time. I go back to 46 and they put me in their "loaner" car for a couple days and never called me to follow up the first time. They also again couldn't replicate the problem ive been experiencing go figure right?, this past Friday I come to pick my car up. The service advisor wrote me up for a 45 dollar per day Nissan Altima as a rental not a loaner because somehow they don't provide loaners. On top of that before I returned the loaner car literally 10 mins before I get to the dealership a small pebble flies up into the windshield and cracks it. Nissan also wanted my insurance to pay for the loaner car damages they already withdrew 250.00 from my Credit card plus they're going to use my insurance for the windshield. On top of that the total charges for the loner car and service turned out to be over 400.00! I told them there's no way I'm paying for that, rates were never discussed me in the beginning and shouldn't have to pay for an already insured loaner car! They told me they don't do loaners, they do rentals only! What dealership does this do its customers? NISSAN 46 does! I've been a customer for 4 yrs with this place absolutely insulting! Wait!This gets better....because I didn't agree with paying for all the "loaner" car xxxxxxxx they wouldn't let me have my own car back! They held me and the car hostage and left me without a ride home SMH! They also wouldn't let me talk to a service manager because they were too busy in meetings or it was Memorial Day weekend and they were gone for the day! That's no excuse! I was left at the dealership for an hour to talk to someone and finally someone talked to me but still wasn't a manager and couldn't do anything for me! Absolutely ridiculous! Another hour goes by and then I get this is all we can do excuse and that's the final say with rude attitude. At this point I still haven't got my own car back and I call corporate and consumer affairs. I spent two hours on the phone talking to two different people about this crappy treatment from this dealership. They also couldn't do anything for me at all until it Tuesday because they also didn't have a manager or bothered to get one because it was Memorial Day weekend! Sounds like this whole company is crap all the way up the food chain! So it was 9 now and the service department still wouldn't give my car back to me until I paid for the loaner car. Straight up car theft! If I would of known there was a charge for the loaner car per day at 45.00 per day I would of gotten an enterprise instead. This dealership is full of lies and deceptions! I was charged almost 700.00 in one day alone because this dealership doesn't stand behind its products and doesn't care about servicing the customer properly. They're crooked! Do not go to them! More

They quoted at least $1500 to rectify what should have been treated as a manufacturer defect and should have been recalled. Needless to say, I took the car somewhere else - fortunately, a friend recommended a really good mechanic, who, for half of that estimate, not only rectified the original problem, but also gave my car a major tune-up - replaced a filter, put in new spark plugs, changed oil, rotated the wheels, fixed a few other minor things, and got my car running like new. Needless to say - I am telling everybody where to go for good service, and it is NOT Route 46 Nissan. More

Reception upon arrival for an oil change upon entering the service garage, I was immediately acknowledged and directed by a young man (perhaps very early 20's). I entered the door to reception area and received a very warm and personable greeting by Doreen. She too was fantastic! She was knowledgeable in regards to every single question I asked. I was nervous as I am one of those women who firmly believe that dealerships long for the arrival of women so that they can overstate and overprice car issues. After feeling reassured by Doreen that I would be treated like family, I entered the waiting area. Another pleasant surprise! As a teacher who is ALWAYS working, I was able to sip coffee, enjoy a muffin and work on my laptop in a clean and comfortable area. Long story short, I will now not have to delay my next oil change, as I now know that I will be returning to a welcoming facility where I can work while I wait or if desired, I can simply relax or watch television.
