Jay, the service rep (far right service desk) was friendly and did everything he could to make my experience pleasant. Awesome employee. Your service techs on the other hand are not on the level they friendly and did everything he could to make my experience pleasant. Awesome employee. Your service techs on the other hand are not on the level they should be. You have hired a gaggle of cheap wrench turners with little experience who rely on hotlines to answer their questions when they don't know what to do. It'd blatantly obvious. They hide things from the service rep, don't do thorough work, disregard obvious problems that are not on their ticket so you have to come back and cavort around the bay like a bunch of Patterson high school kids (sloppy and unprofessional). I have an issue with my Nissan Rogue HVAC air directional gates but I am scared to bring it in because I don't trust them to put it all back together correctly. This fault is NOT with the service department but rather with the corporate board who is looking to save a few bucks by hiring kids. You will be surprised to know that customers will pay a little more when they are confident in the employees and things get done right the first time. You also have no viable parts department on site which makes customers wait weeks for parts and come back twice. Not good More
I don't remember the service people's names, but they were all friendly. There were smiles, the waiting area was crowded but quiet and clean, loved being able to use wifi while i waited for my car they were all friendly. I called the service rep for two days and left messages for him to call me and he never called back. When I came in to pick up my car he gave me such a bad time. Said he knew I was going to be a problem cu for him to call me and he never called back. When I came in to pick up my car he gave me such a bad time. Said he knew I was going to be a problem customer and was so rude. Customer service is not the job he should be in, they should never let him talk to customers again. The only person who was nice was the girl who takes payment for the service department, she was so nice and friendly.Try to find a manager to talk to, they are never around or to busy to talk to you after the sale. Stay away! More
Service department is horrible. Takes 3 hours to do an oil change. Last time the car was dropped off for oil change they gave the car back with a huge scratch the lenght of the back quarter panel without oil change. Last time the car was dropped off for oil change they gave the car back with a huge scratch the lenght of the back quarter panel without saying anything. Fortunately I noticed as soon as I got home and went back. Returning a lease also a hassle. Left mutliple voice mails to multiple people and never heard back. Had to go to the dealer in person to schedule an appointment. Love Nissan cars, I owned 6 different models over the years, but will never purchase a car at this dealership. More
I leased 2009 Nissan Murano SL AWD last year. Since the purchase date I made two appointments for oil change. Both times I waited an hour and a half for an oil change!!! The second time they tried to force purchase date I made two appointments for oil change. Both times I waited an hour and a half for an oil change!!! The second time they tried to force my wife to do 'scheduled service', and indicated that unless scheduled service for $120 is not done, the oil change will not be done for free as per agreement when the car was purchased. I bought two cars from that dealer, but I will never go back there for either service or new car purchase. More
Vehicle was finished on time as promised. I got my free oil change, because they have a free oil change for life policy with the purchase of any new or used car, and honestly it was the first time i brough oil change, because they have a free oil change for life policy with the purchase of any new or used car, and honestly it was the first time i brought a car of mine ANYwhere for service where everything they promised to get fixed, got fixed!!! a week later, it was my birthday, and then I even received a call from the President, Frank Esposito, wishing me a happy birthday! all things considered, it was a great experience. Everything started when I received a recall letter that said that a model and a year of my car has a defective filling tube that can start leaking or even cause this car to blow up.It said I should go to a said that a model and a year of my car has a defective filling tube that can start leaking or even cause this car to blow up.It said I should go to any dealership to get it fixed for free.Went to this dealership on route 46, Totowa, NJ for service. They fixed it, I took the car home and barely made it tomy street-the car broke and wouldn't start. My father is an expert mechanic, he checked the battery and also checked if there was a spark. Everything was normal. Then he poured some gas directly into engine and the car started. So, he said that fuel just wasn't getting to the engine because of what they did while "fixing" my car.I paid to have it towed back to them.It surely took them several days to start working on it, and when they called me back to inform me of the problem they said that there is just NO SPARK! Anyway, I needed the car ASAP so, I decided to go ahead and just fix it. They charged me over $700.When I went to pich up the car I found some of my things missing! They STOLE several things like anti-radar & $300 worth of tools from the trunk which is very important for every driver to have.I called the police and officer said that for the past 15 yrs it has been happening pretty often at this particular dealership. I am pregnant (in my 9th month), on maternity leave and I'm due any week now.! Obviously money is a big deal to me.I do not have a baby crib or even a bussinett. Now bacause of this big expense I just had I won't have a bed for my little one! I get an impression that they do it on purpose to make money. So, if you get a recall letter DO NOT GO TO DEALERSHIP! They will finf a way to full you and make money off of you. They will make any small problem a big one!People BEWARE! More
