I purchased a used car last year and after inspecting it with my local mechanic during an oil change it was determined that a caliper was faulty and other issues with the engine which should have been seen with my local mechanic during an oil change it was determined that a caliper was faulty and other issues with the engine which should have been seen and addressed prior to selling to me with their inspection they say they do on used cars. I have reached out to the dealer multiple times with no response and corporate says there is nothing they can do because it isn’t a Nissan warranty but third party. I was pretty much forced to pay 2500 for a warranty to buy the automobile (they said I needed to pay for warranty or wouldn’t sell to me) and now no one is helping me to know how to fix the issues. Definitely will not ever go back to Nissan More
First off my wife went to do 3 recalls on the vehicle, called ahead of time told them about recalls and they just said to come in. When she checked in they asked about her fuel level, after she stated wha called ahead of time told them about recalls and they just said to come in. When she checked in they asked about her fuel level, after she stated what it was, they said they can’t preform any recalls service above certain amount of fuel level. They did not offer to extract any excess or any help with fuel and they did not mention this over the phone prior when she was making appointment. Past that later on service was done 2 out of 3 recalls no parts. We made an appointment send out daughter they mentioned it will be 3-5 hours. When our daughter showed up again they didn’t communicate this prior coming to the dealership they said people called out and some didn’t show for work they will need a day or two. We said no problem, we use our vehicle on daily basis give us a loaner. No loaner available. Our daughter had to drive back waste time and day for nothing. We asked why they didn’t communicate this prior so we don’t waste our time they said they will talk to manager he will reach out. Service manager never called. We spoke next week to reschedule, service advisor said he will have loaner ready for our daughter on Monday he will take care of everything sorry for before. Our daughter went today to get a loaner and guess what she is 18 and they won’t give out a loaner if not 21. Again our daughter was there before and no one cared to let us know they have guidelines and age restrictions. My daughter wasted another day driving back on forth 30 mins going out of our way when we have another Nissan dealer close by. Told her to leave we are never coming back, called the dealer close to my home and made an appointment. Extremely poor communication, not managing client expectations, not knowing regulations and rules, not explaining certain regulations ahead of time over the phone. Just taking reservations like it’s casual Friday dinner. Wasted out time, fuel, didn’t care at all about the costumer. Never coming back, we have got 5 cars from this place, no more. Unprofessional and careless More

Today when my car broke (under warranty) we talked to an arrogant man in service and the person who sold us the car doesn’t care he didn’t even called us back. We have a baby that is sick and constantly need a car, the dealership doesn’t want to give us a car while our will be at the service and wouldn’t refund us if we go rent a car. It is shameful how you treat your customer. More
They’re untrustworthy and scammers! I brought my 2005 Nissan Altima to the dealership to analyze an intermittent crank but no start issue I was experiencing with the vehicle. I spoke with Henry, a servic Nissan Altima to the dealership to analyze an intermittent crank but no start issue I was experiencing with the vehicle. I spoke with Henry, a service advisor. I explained to Henry my dilemma with the vehicle. Henry told me that I would have to pay diagnostic fee of approximately $199 for them to diagnose the cause of the intermittent crank but no start. I agreed with paying the diagnostic fee. The next day, Henry called back and informed me that the mechanic found the cause of the issue. I was told I needed to clean the fuel rail, replace one ignition coil and replace spark plugs. I then asked if he was sure those were the cause of the intermittent crank but no start. Henry replied Yes. Then he continued to explain that the mechanic did a thorough job and they stand behind the work they do. We then negotiated a fee of $757 for completion of the repairs. I approved to the repairs. He told me once those repairs are completed, the vehicle will be ready for pickup the next day (Friday). I told him I would pickup on Saturday. On Saturday morning, Henry called to inform me the vehicle was still experiencing the intermittent crank but no start despite the repairs they performed. He said the mechanic re-examined the vehicle and now discovered the true cause of the intermittent crank but no start was a blown head gasket. He went on to say that it I would either have to do a head gasket replacement or replace the engine (they clearly weren’t going to do this type of job because Henry didn’t even mention anything about them doing it). He then instructed me to come get the unfixed vehicle and told me my bill would be $757 for the repairs they did. I asked how could they charge me $757 for repairs they told me to do that didn’t produce the results they promised. He wouldn’t answer the question. Shortly afterwards, he hung up the phone on me. Later that afternoon, I went to dealership to attempt to talk with the service manager, Jim Latassa, however he wasn’t working that day. I was told he would be in the office on Monday. While there, I saw my vehicle in the parking lot and I tried to start it but it failed to start. I returned to the dealership on Monday and spoke to Jim Latassa. He insisted I was fully responsible for the cost of the repairs even though the car wasn’t fixed. I expressed to him that I’m not responsible for the poor diagnostic his mechanic did and I was told those repairs would fix the problem. He refused to accept any reliability for their mistake they made. Realizing he wouldn’t take responsibility for the errors of his service department, I decided to leave. Before leaving, I once again tried to start my vehicle but it failed to start. My vehicle is still there after more than two weeks because I refuse to pay for the repairs they told me to do that didn’t fix the problem and the dealership isn’t willing to take full responsibility for their mistake. Their failure to properly diagnose the cause of the intermittent crank but no start prior to recommending repairs made them provide me inaccurate information, which resulted in me not being able to make a sound decision. If I had known from the beginning a blown head gasket was the cause of the intermittent crank but no start, there’s no way I would have approved of those repairs; The cost of a repairing a head gasket or doing an engine replacement is more money than I'm willing to spend on such an old vehicle. It’s more logical for me to use that money to just purchase another vehicle. Making someone to pay for service/product that doesn’t provide to promised results you claimed is scamming More
Never purchase a car here, but if you do never...ever use their auto service. They will try to oversell you on absolutely everything, even inventing bogus car problems and forcing you to get them fixed there their auto service.
