We apologize for our delayed response. We have been researching the incident, and do not know how this could have gone unnoticed for so long. When a car is purchased, our salespeople contact the customer's insurance company to inform them of the new purchase; we also contact the department of motor vehicles to begin processing the license plates and registration. The insurance company then contacts the policyholder (you) to confirm the addition, quote the new insurance premium, etc... We start the process, but, by law, we are not authorized to make any changes to your insurance policy; this can only be done by you. It appears that we did facilitate the process because you were able to obtain license plates and the vehicle registration, which cannot be done without proof of insurance. We are still unclear about how the insurance company failed to add the vehicle after we contacted them to add it. If you would like us to pursue the matter further, please provide us with your direct contact information in a private message. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Thank you.
