Terrible. Shady LOOKING dealership, and shady dealership in general. The salesman was very patient, kind, and polite for the entirety of my visit. However, as we attempted to figure things out, more and m in general. The salesman was very patient, kind, and polite for the entirety of my visit. However, as we attempted to figure things out, more and more managers etc became involved and the whole thing turned messy and absurd. We talked for a while and worked up some prices, none of which ended up fitting my budget. He then brought down a manager to negotiate. They slowly, slowly made price adjustments for me. Upon filling out a credit app and negotiating prices, the salesman asked for my credit card as "proof" that I was interested and serious about purchasing a car. I thought this was very odd and he assured me nothing would be charged to my card. I gave it to him, filled out the papers etc. I didn't have the money at that moment in time in my bank account to write a check, I was simply browsing. I'd had enough for the day and asked for my card back so I could go home and figure out what I wanted to do, and he said he'd go get it. He returned, without my card, with a lower down payment offer. I declined and asked again for my card. He again returned without my card with yet a lower offer, and this continued for about 3 trips. Then he came back with the used car sales manager, who offered me $0 down, which is nice, but at this point I was getting fed up and not really interested. After they'd held my credit card hostage for a while, I managed to get it back and get the hell out of there. I will not be returning, even if the down payment IS $0. By the sounds of the other reviews, I'm sure I wasn't getting as good a deal as they made it sound like. I felt like they were trying to bully me into buying a car that I wasn't 100% sold on to begin with. I'm a young woman and I think they saw me as an opportunity to take advantage. The whole experience was bizarre and ridiculous. They held my credit card ransom, it was just odd. No one there seems trustworthy, and I would never buy a car from them. More
When we first met with the sales representative, Elvis, he was very helpful. He showed us a car that my husband and I both liked. Our credit was not that great however they said they were able to get us he was very helpful. He showed us a car that my husband and I both liked. Our credit was not that great however they said they were able to get us approved. We came to an agreement with a price and met with the finance guy Jim Godfrey. We had mentioned to him that we did not want to take the car with us unless we were definitely approved because of a situation that had occurred with my friend where she took a car home and later had to return it because she was never really approved. Jim showed us on his computer that we were tentative approved and said it was only tentative because the banks were not able to confirm with my job that I was currently working there since it was late at night. Therefore, as long as the salary that I made was true and that I truly worked there, everything was going to be approved. We told him we would wait until tomorrow however he assured us that it was best to take the car home that way the bank will see that we have it and it will be easier for them to approve it. (Later found out that that is a lie). We signed a few contracts including a Spot Contract. The spot contract I find out later are signed by those who are not approved yet however they are allowed to take the car home with them. I asked why I had to sign that if we've been "approved". Jim told us that everyone, regardless of there score, even if they had a credit score of 800 has to sign the spot agreement. I later learned from another dealership that the only one who signs it are those who do not have true approvals. We asked both Jim and Elvis how long it would take to get the license plates. He said about 20 - 30 days. I later found out from another dealership that that was a lie and that it normally comes within 7 - 10 business days. When they gave us the car they only gave us one key and no alarm. They told us we can pick up the key within a week. When calling to confirm if the 2nd key was available we were told it was not. My husband and I called the dealership everyday to find the status of our license plate, 2nd key and alarm. Everyday they somehow found a way to ignore us. This went on for 2 months!!! We went back 3 times to get a temporary license plate!! Every time we asked how long it would be, they told us it should be coming next week. Sure enough next week became 2 1/2 months. 2 1/2 months later, we received a call from a woman by the name Maggie Anagano. We met with her and upon meeting her she saw that I was pregnant. She asked if I was on maternity leave and I said that I was. She said she was trying to work with another bank to see if we can get an approval and later asked to see if they can call my current employer. They claimed they called however I know they did not speak to my manager because I would always follow up to see if they called and my manager said they did not. Maggie told us we were not approved because the bank is unsure if I was going to go back to work due to my pregnancy. I assured her I was and I thought that was actually a form of discrimination. She then told us that we have not been approved and that the only way to keep the car was to get a co-signer. It took them 2 1/2 months for them to tell us that!!! We would rather have known right away if we have been approved rather then to hold a car for 2 months just to return it back to the dealership. We could have found other ways to either keep the car or find a different car. It was very embarrassing to our family and friends to return a car. Also it was very stressful to find another car again. Elvis and Jim both lied to us in several ways. Jim was the one who lied most of the time promising us each week that the license plates were coming. The service is absolutely terrible. No one is ever available, no one answers their phones, and no one ever returns their phone calls. In the end, we returned the car. Upon returning the car we accidentally gave them our copy of the contracts not realizing that those are OUR customer copies. When asking for it back from Richie (a sales manager) a few minutes later, he said we couldn't have it back. He said that we were no longer allowed to keep it. We told them that they have their own copy but he insisted that he needs the customer copy as well. That has to be a lie but at that point we didn't want to deal with them anymore. The service is just terrible, they jerk people around, they lie to you and I would never ever recommend this dealership or ever recommend Jim or Elvis. Luckily we went to another dealership and met with great people who did not jerk us around and helped us get a car. A much better car in that it was certified, cheaper, less miles and the service was fantastic. I wish I had looked at the dealership reviews earlier because I would have never went to this dealership finding their rating was a 1. More

IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS THIS WAS THIER PR BAIT AND SWITCH. THE PRICE THEY QUOTED AND WE AGREED TO WAS DIFFERENT WHEN WE WENT TO SIGN THE LEASE PAPERS. What a telephone is 101 its function and use How to run a phone call 102 need I go on.....lso there is this invention called a calendar invented quite some time ago scheduling of documents and there due dates..... Would have rated a zero if I could!!!!!! More
Agree with many of the previous reviewers, they are very shady. On the written contract they added a destination fee of 395, then on the printed contract they included the destination fee in the car price s shady. On the written contract they added a destination fee of 395, then on the printed contract they included the destination fee in the car price stating that "there was no line" for it so they included in the price, YEAH RIGHT! They suck, had to spit when I left to get the nasty taste out of my mouth dealing with the salesman and finance manager. I will give the service dept higher marks for the few items needed attention after my purchase, but, the sales process is horrible. More
They (and specifically the salesperson I dealt with) lie about the car and the warranty to get you to buy it. He told me he has been selling these cars for 7 years, and then got the warranty info all wrong about the car and the warranty to get you to buy it. He told me he has been selling these cars for 7 years, and then got the warranty info all wrong - so either he lied, or he has a learning disability. Then their service department is terrible. They never have any parts in stock, and it takes three trips back to get anything fixed, it is never fixed the first time, AND within days of getting the car back, something else in the car "mysteriously" breaks and the car has to go back again. In the year I had the car before trading it back in, I made no less than 10 trips to have the car serviced, and it was only 1 year old with 15,000 miles when I bought it. Peter Pavlov at the service desk is friendly and helpful, but the rest of them are either incomptent or crooks. Or both. More
On one trip for service, the service center lost the keys. On another trip the couldn't locate my vehicle. They later replaced my keys. And both times they did not offer me a rental and denied my req keys. On another trip the couldn't locate my vehicle. They later replaced my keys. And both times they did not offer me a rental and denied my request for one after they lost my keys. On a recent visit i was given a rental without requesting one and the service was way better than the previous ones which occured in 2005. Maybe they finally shaped up. More
Never go to this dealership. They are a bunch of con-men. The used car that I bought came only with one key. The sales person - Falu told me that I could get a duplicate key made from the service dept. I was The used car that I bought came only with one key. The sales person - Falu told me that I could get a duplicate key made from the service dept. I was led to believe that the service dept is closed and I could get the keys made next day. When I go to the service dept, which is right behind thats sales office, they tell me that it will cost me $100.00 and they cant pay for it. I will have to get it approved from the sales dept first. As you can guess, the sales person didnt recall making that promise. My registration took almost 2 months! All the time it was lying in their office and they never called me. Every time I called them, the very inhospitable receptionist transfers me to the sales person who is either working a different shift or is not at the desk. After much haggling they realize that my documents were not sent to DMV. These people are the epitome of a bad car dealership! More
I purchased a vehicle from a very good sales man Sal. Later I heard that he left the company. I don't blame him. After paying in full, I am now begging for the title for the registration. Living in Texa Later I heard that he left the company. I don't blame him. After paying in full, I am now begging for the title for the registration. Living in Texas and having the vehicle purchased in NJ, I keep on calling and leaving message for manager Willy, Manager Dave, and DMV clerk Stacy. No reply from Stacy. Stacy is the most irresponsible employee I ever met. Take my advice: be careful dealing with them. More
it was the worst buying used-car experience. i havn't had it was the worst buying used-car experience.
i havn't had much problem about their sale part. Most salepersons are pushy and tricky whey they see that u know very little about car or buying car. Here at Nissan46, they try to put me on something that is overbudget. I was careful on that part too so they didn't get much from me.
However, they figured out their way by not giving service. After the money is paid, that was end of it.
I bought a used car. So, there were some parts that's needed to be fixed. Before I paid the money, they told me there is a 30days warrenty on every used car. It's actually turned to be just an inspection warrenty.
For the service, only the guy named Tony can be trusted. He's the only one who has service mind. The other guy (John) told me to go through all the inspections required by the state myself. I later on found that it's need to be done by them since I paid them for that already. (the price of the car u've seen on the car (ad)is not the price u pay. Other than tax that u have to pay, $200 documentation fee, delivery, inspection...the last three items were all made up by them and the bill ended up a $1000 more..it's depended on what they can get from u at the first price too)
Finally, I had my car inspected myself and it's fail. I went back to them cuz ,by the law, they have to fix the car for me and the last horrible thing's happenned. I left my digital camera and some quarters in the central console and they're all lost.
I wish everyone know about the way they run their bussiness. They hire pushy and tricky saleperson, impolite cashier and manager, and the lier(only John) at the service.
More
