On one trip for service, the service center lost the keys. On another trip the couldn't locate my vehicle. They later replaced my keys. And both times they did not offer me a rental and denied my req keys. On another trip the couldn't locate my vehicle. They later replaced my keys. And both times they did not offer me a rental and denied my request for one after they lost my keys. On a recent visit i was given a rental without requesting one and the service was way better than the previous ones which occured in 2005. Maybe they finally shaped up. More
Never go to this dealership. They are a bunch of con-men. The used car that I bought came only with one key. The sales person - Falu told me that I could get a duplicate key made from the service dept. I was The used car that I bought came only with one key. The sales person - Falu told me that I could get a duplicate key made from the service dept. I was led to believe that the service dept is closed and I could get the keys made next day. When I go to the service dept, which is right behind thats sales office, they tell me that it will cost me $100.00 and they cant pay for it. I will have to get it approved from the sales dept first. As you can guess, the sales person didnt recall making that promise. My registration took almost 2 months! All the time it was lying in their office and they never called me. Every time I called them, the very inhospitable receptionist transfers me to the sales person who is either working a different shift or is not at the desk. After much haggling they realize that my documents were not sent to DMV. These people are the epitome of a bad car dealership! More
I purchased a vehicle from a very good sales man Sal. Later I heard that he left the company. I don't blame him. After paying in full, I am now begging for the title for the registration. Living in Texa Later I heard that he left the company. I don't blame him. After paying in full, I am now begging for the title for the registration. Living in Texas and having the vehicle purchased in NJ, I keep on calling and leaving message for manager Willy, Manager Dave, and DMV clerk Stacy. No reply from Stacy. Stacy is the most irresponsible employee I ever met. Take my advice: be careful dealing with them. More
it was the worst buying used-car experience. i havn't had it was the worst buying used-car experience.
i havn't had much problem about their sale part. Most salepersons are pushy and tricky whey they see that u know very little about car or buying car. Here at Nissan46, they try to put me on something that is overbudget. I was careful on that part too so they didn't get much from me.
However, they figured out their way by not giving service. After the money is paid, that was end of it.
I bought a used car. So, there were some parts that's needed to be fixed. Before I paid the money, they told me there is a 30days warrenty on every used car. It's actually turned to be just an inspection warrenty.
For the service, only the guy named Tony can be trusted. He's the only one who has service mind. The other guy (John) told me to go through all the inspections required by the state myself. I later on found that it's need to be done by them since I paid them for that already. (the price of the car u've seen on the car (ad)is not the price u pay. Other than tax that u have to pay, $200 documentation fee, delivery, inspection...the last three items were all made up by them and the bill ended up a $1000 more..it's depended on what they can get from u at the first price too)
Finally, I had my car inspected myself and it's fail. I went back to them cuz ,by the law, they have to fix the car for me and the last horrible thing's happenned. I left my digital camera and some quarters in the central console and they're all lost.
I wish everyone know about the way they run their bussiness. They hire pushy and tricky saleperson, impolite cashier and manager, and the lier(only John) at the service.
More
First of all I would have rated them ZERO, if that were an option. This dealership exists to cheat you.

The modus-operendi is to tell you one thing, win your confidence and put something else in the an option. This dealership exists to cheat you.

The modus-operendi is to tell you one thing, win your confidence and put something else in the documents and get your sign on it. Classic BAIT and SWITCH trick!

When I realized later on that my loan account was higher than what I was told, it was too late. They had my sign afterall.

You have been warned. More
This is the worst deal of my life. First Nissan46 gives ad on TV for Buy 1 Get 1 Free, that is a false ad. The cost of this deal is equal to cost of new car+ cost of old car. Also please be careful when yo ad on TV for Buy 1 Get 1 Free, that is a false ad. The cost of this deal is equal to cost of new car+ cost of old car. Also please be careful when you are closing deal with Sales. Take a copy of that in writing like if they are offering you Extended Warranty, immediately take in writing and keep a copy of same for proof. As you will go from Sales to Finance for loan approval and signing deal. Be careful on what you are signing as they will have some useless and high cost items signed by you without your knowledge such as Extended Warranty approx USD1600, Wheel and Tire change USD 500, Complete car replacement in 3 year costing USD 1300. This you will not come to know when finance is taking signature from you as they will get signature by saying it is regulare papers. Therefore sign only for which you have agreed with sales otherwise come out of shop immediately without further discussion. To put you in trap they will also ask you to sign a Arbitrator Clause, never sign that even if you have to come out of shop without signing deal.

Hard part all of above is you will not come to know about it till you enquire with your loan finance company. There you will find discrepency between what was agreed with sales and finance and what is loan amount. As you would have signed Arbitrator clause you will not be in a position to go to court and then only way is spend lot of money in AAA. And also you will not have copy of Buyer deal as I still do not have a copy of documents which I signed.

It is all happening in strucured way, has happened with me and my friend who bought car on my reference within few weeks of my buy. Till that time Idid not know about it.

Now my advise to all is never go to this dealer. If you do not want to trust my words then plan for at least 6 hours, read all documents carefully, sign only one which you have agreed initially otherwise come out of shop without a car. Take copy of all documents you have signed.

More
They are unbelivable fraud. They will cheat you in a organized manner and you will never come to know as you will not have copy of documents you signed at the time of deal.

They will never listen organized manner and you will never come to know as you will not have copy of documents you signed at the time of deal.

They will never listen for correction on deal. I visited them 5 times before I got answer ' It is the way it is and we can not do anything on this'

I strongly suggest never go to this dealer even if you have to walk on the street.
More
Sure the car is great. But when they re-did my loan they did not tell me that they took the warranty off. My contract also stated free oil change, new windshield wipers and winterizing. I only got the oil did not tell me that they took the warranty off. My contract also stated free oil change, new windshield wipers and winterizing. I only got the oil change as I must buy windshield wipers and do the winterizing myself.

Then there's the story about the license plates. How come I got the car on 10/30 and the bank paid the dealership on 12/9 and it is now 12/22 and I still have no license plates. Don't waste your time here. There are other dealerships with the same cars that will provide better service. More
This dealer is absolutely horrible. They do not return phone calls, they forge your signature and they refuse to give you paperwork on the vehicle purchased. I dealt with many people there and NO ONE retu phone calls, they forge your signature and they refuse to give you paperwork on the vehicle purchased. I dealt with many people there and NO ONE returns phone calls. I have an entire list of things that this Nissan Dealer did not do. I paid for a lease of 15,000 miles and they changed my lease to 12,000 miles. The people here are not trust worthy and no one should have to go through this experience with any dealer. They did not pay off my trade in for a month in a half. The standard time should be 10 days. It was finally paid off due to continuous nagging and fighting. I drove around for an additional 15 days with an expired temp plate because they wanted to drag their feet and did not process my paperwork in a timely fashion. The only reason it didn't take longer was because I was very persistent and became a nuisance to them. My statement for my first payment arrived 2 days before it's due date. It has been an absolute nightmare!

I strongly recommend not using this dealership! If this is not enough, look at their unanswered complaints with the BBB and consumer affairs. More
