I am a customer of Nissan 46, where I purchased a used vehicle. They provided me with a falsified vehicle history report where they removed information about a very serious previous accident. They also added fees on my bill that weren't appropriate and engaged in a series of illegal and fraudulent behavior. Reading other entries on this site, it appears that that is a consistent pattern of behavior at the dealership. I am investigating potential legal and regulatory action. If you have had similar problems, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks. More
I had a 6 month left on my '08 Altima lease. My brother received an email ad from Route 46 with insane deal on '10 models. I'm 25 professional accountant, my brother is 21 senior in business school. The ca received an email ad from Route 46 with insane deal on '10 models. I'm 25 professional accountant, my brother is 21 senior in business school. The car is in our dad's name since he has a better credit rating - damn you college loans! First we went to Meadowlands Nissan since they are closer and I've leased my Altima from them. We test drove the Maxima we liked and after initial numbers game we showed them Route 46 advertisement which Meadowlands pretty much matched if you consider the difference between advertisement and reality. So we had everything set up and just needed my dad's signature. However since he was at work and we had another two hours or so we decided to go to Route 46 - it was their advertisement and we wanted to see if they could beat Meadowlands offer. We were greeted by Raymond. From the get go he treated us like two ten year olds wasting his time and not knowing what we were talking about. After we showed him that we know the game and we have a good offer from Meadowlands he went to talk to the manager. He came back in several minutes and said that they have an even better deal and he needs to talk to our dad to run the credit card. In the mean while, he suggested, why don't we go to Sonyc to get something to eat. We let it slide since our dad was 5 minutes away and good offer is a good offer. So our dad arrives. Raymond and manager Dave (short, black hair looks like he's always on some drugs) sit down with us and start the whole numbers game all over again like I did not spend an hour with Raymond and we did not have an offer from Meadowlands. Our work with them ended with Dave said that their ad was just a bait and who would even believe ads like that. And Raymond was standing next to him with a cup of water and straight out laughing at us saying that why did we come here and didn't buy the car at Meadowlands. And if we wanted to purchase BMW or Mecredes for the same price. Long story short - I am driving now a '10 Maxima SV for the same down payment I paid for '08 Altima and just $10 a month more. Meadowlands sold another car and Route 46 lost another loyal Nissan customer (that's our 4th nissan car). More

I went to AutoMalp 46 to look for 2010 Nissan Rogue on July 24, 2010. A salewomen is very nice. Her name is Madeline. She helps me to choose the car and discuss the prices with me. But her manager is nasty, unfriendly, unprofessional and a**hole. He did not respect his customer as me and use un-professional language. The owner of AutoMall 46 should remove him from his manager position, if not they will loose their customers. I have very terrify experiences at AutoMall 46 to deal with the unprofessional manager. I would not recomend anyone to deal with this guy. Minh Tran Clifton NJ More
DON'T GO HERE! And don't give your license or credit card... they hold it hostage and I bet you leave there forgetting it! The sales guy is RUDE and obnoxious. There are other places to go to, don't wa card... they hold it hostage and I bet you leave there forgetting it! The sales guy is RUDE and obnoxious. There are other places to go to, don't waste your precious time at this dealership. I would also know your credit score before going into the dealership as they use a different formula to make sure your credit score is lower than it actually is. BEWARE! Know your score or preapprove online before shopping. More
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! Single parent, mother of two. We purchases a 2007 Pathfinder. I recently took it in for it's first oil change and did an overall check and they found no issues with mother of two. We purchases a 2007 Pathfinder. I recently took it in for it's first oil change and did an overall check and they found no issues with the vehicle, as we drove it home we noticed the from end was making a loud grinding noise. we took the vehicle back in and found out the SECOND time that we needed breaks, Mind you we've only have the vehicle two month and an overall was done by Service prior to purchasing the vehicle and during the oil change. The price for breaks 300+. After speaking to the manager for Service he said he would pick up the cost and we would only have to pay $100. Why should we have to pay for any parts and service after paying 25,000 for a vehicle regardless if it's new or used? What happened to customer service and why is it the the NEW Manager is not responsible for what happened with the manager that was FIRED? OLD manager or new manager I feel the service dept should be held liable for any service rendered regardless of the supervisor. The Service Dept is not new! We will need to take the vehicle for an overall second opinion. Sale and Service go hand in hand. Not at Nissan, once you purchase they don't really want to bother. As of this moment, leaving the dealership we found out that the overall vehicle check was not completed... lol paper work we recieved was bogus... Will never go back for service. More

DON'T GO HERE! They have a salesperson who stands outside the door and walks up to your car as you are getting out of it!!!! I saw a 2009 Versa on their website with low mileage. I liked the car, b outside the door and walks up to your car as you are getting out of it!!!! I saw a 2009 Versa on their website with low mileage. I liked the car, but wasn't yet committed. Troy who was always nice and professional, had to bring over his sales manager. I told him I was just browsing today, he said if we come back "we can sharpen our pencils" A few days later I test drove similar model at Meadowlands Nissan, and I liked both. Meadowlands Nissan agreed with my request to bring it to my mechanic on the weekend to look at it. I called Troy and asked the same, and he said no problem. I brought the Meadowlands car to mechanic, he said it looked good. I then went same day to Totowa, spoke with Troy, and he brought over the sales manager (short gentleman with dark hair, can't remember his name). I gave him my drivers license, and he came back walking around with a license plate. He said he just needed a few more minutes. I said OK, but under a time crunch. Five minutes later, he brings over "the used car manager" tall gentleman don't know his name. He said why do you want it check with all the warranty still on it. I said I did same with car from Meadowlands Nissan, and had no problem. He then asked me in very rough way "why didn't you buy THAT car?" I was taken aback, but told him I wanted to compare the two as they were both 2009, with less than 11000 miles. He told me couldn't allow that. I said Thank you, and left. I called Troy and let him know how upset I was and told him I don't blame him, but that they are not doing the right thing here. Realizing about an hour later I left my license there, I went back to get it from the Sales Manager. He said what if we make a deal on the car, subject to you having it checked out. I told him you had the chance to do it earlier, but you wouldn't allow me. I told him I was going back to Meadownlands to purchase that vehicle right now. He asked me how much (was about $1500 less there due to more option on Totowa car), and told me he would be their price by $1000. This sounded very fishy to me, I said you had your opportunity to make the deal earlier, and you wasted my time, by giving me a committment and then not allowing me to execute it. I went to Meadowlands Nissan, they were very good, very professional and I like my car! Had I known about this website earlier, I would have NEVER gone to the Totowa Dealer. NEVER GO TO THIS DEALER IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED FAIRLY AND NOT LIED TO! More
I was looking to purchase a new Nissan Titan, and this dealership had one of the few that I found. I did all the negotiations over the phone with Cesar, he arranged for a test drive, and final agreement. dealership had one of the few that I found. I did all the negotiations over the phone with Cesar, he arranged for a test drive, and final agreement. I agreed to a price, which I thought was fair, (dealers have to make money) and arranged to pick the Truck up on Christmas eve. Everything was ready for me, including the temp plates, and I was in and out of the dealership in less than 50 minutes. I was introduced to the service manager, and i was thanked for my business by the sales manager. I did not finance the vehicle, and there was no trade to haggle over, so that may have helped the transaction a bit. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase, and will provide feedback after the first service visit! More
do not buy a used vehicle from these liars. They gave a price on a vehicle then when it came down to making the purchase they told me it was sold last night. I went back a week later and its still on the price on a vehicle then when it came down to making the purchase they told me it was sold last night. I went back a week later and its still on the lot. However, I did buy a similar vehicle from Paul Miller and they were great. NO BS STAY AWAY FROM NISSAN 46. The manager will lie to your face. More
I leased 2009 Nissan Murano SL AWD last year. Since the purchase date I made two appointments for oil change. Both times I waited an hour and a half for an oil change!!! The second time they tried to force purchase date I made two appointments for oil change. Both times I waited an hour and a half for an oil change!!! The second time they tried to force my wife to do 'scheduled service', and indicated that unless scheduled service for $120 is not done, the oil change will not be done for free as per agreement when the car was purchased. I bought two cars from that dealer, but I will never go back there for either service or new car purchase. More
