This is the second car I lease from Nissan 46 and Rick has been my salesman, he was really helpful with my new lease, lowered my payments by $84.00 from my last lease. Nissan 46 has giving me the best dea has been my salesman, he was really helpful with my new lease, lowered my payments by $84.00 from my last lease. Nissan 46 has giving me the best deals the last two times and free oil changes for the term of the lease. Looking forward to the new styles when it is time to renew. THANK YOU GUYS! More
We found on less of a car we were quoted over $100.00 per month more than we found the same car with all the options we wanted. They tried pushing what they had in stock! After buying 4 consecutive cars from month more than we found the same car with all the options we wanted. They tried pushing what they had in stock! After buying 4 consecutive cars from this dealer we felt there was no loyalty on their part. We will NEVER shop here again. Although we have named the sales rep we felt management was to blame for this awful experience. We were so turned off that we decided to leave Nissan forever. We gave Meadowlands Nissan a chance and they were absolutely great across the board. We bought a Nissan at Meadowlands, got a loaded car for $100.00 per month less! More
DO NOT USE Rte 46 NISSAN EVER!!!! You've heard of the expression "Like a used car salesman". Theses 2 guys are the poster boys! George Mack and Adam (Mgr)were like vultures on roadkill when my wife wal expression "Like a used car salesman". Theses 2 guys are the poster boys! George Mack and Adam (Mgr)were like vultures on roadkill when my wife walked in to view a car. Lead Vulture: First, George ran a completely unauthorized credit check on her without her consent, totally illegal in NJ. Second, instead of negotiating the list price lower, which is what you expect to do, he tried to negotiate it HIGHER claiming that some features were not priced into the internet price. When questioned he said "read the fine print" which never mentioned that they could increase their price! Go figure! My wife liked the car and wanted to discuss with me, of course, before committing any money or intent of a deal. Then, vulture 2 Adam the manager, stepped in and both of them attacked her and questioned her on why she needed to talk to her husband? They pressured her to put money down and basically used the assumptive close that the deal was done. V1 also "assumed" we would but the car that night for $3,000 more than advertised!!! They screwed up and we pay for it? When I called them after she came home it was like they were dodging bullets! Neither had time to speak, could not verify VIN# and when I asked why the price was higher I got the "Fine print" speech. If you need to read fine print on a webstite for pricing and get cornered to buy you know to stay away! RUN FROM THEM!!!! More
As a prudent buyer, I admit to having reviewed dealerrater.com before going Route Route 46 Nissan. As a result, I came in with expectation of sales pressure, bait&switch and other typical dealer t dealerrater.com before going Route Route 46 Nissan. As a result, I came in with expectation of sales pressure, bait&switch and other typical dealer tactics. I was in for a pleasant surprise. The reviews I read could not have been more wrong. It ended up being one of the BEST car buying experiences I ever had. Specifically, Wagner carefully listened to what I wanted, the options I wanted, and the price I wanted. He did not try to pressure me. He did not try to force anything on me that I already didn't want. He quickly put my trade-in through the inspection. He then quickly discussed the matter with Richard, who not only authorized the deal (including a fair value on my trade-in) on the spot (without the typical office huddling sessions, which are nothing but cheap tricks to convince a buyer to buyer) but agreed to locate the exact car I was looking for within a matter of days. What's more, he located it even earlier than he promised. The car was exactly what I was looking for. The price was exactly what I was looking for. The couple of options I did not want were thrown in free of charge. Richard and Wagner were quick, knowledgeable and courteous. The transaction was literally flawless. To say that I highly recommend Route 46 Automall, Wagner and Richard is an understatement. More
I recently purchased a Nissan Rouge from Rt. 46 Nissan. From the door I experienced great customer service. My salesman, Wagner, was very understanding of my concerns and made sure to answer all my questions thoroughly. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He showed me the options within my price range, the different features of each car, explained financing/leasing options, and warranty coverage. After making my decision, it turned out that they didn’t have the color I wanted in-stock. Once Wagner informed Rich (one of the managers), of this problem, Rich located one from another dealership. I had my brand new Rouge two days later. Rich even remembered me by name when I returned two weeks later to pick-up my plates. Needless to say, I was very pleased with my purchasing experience at Rt. 46 Nissan. More
I saw a car in their inventory that I liked and talked to Rick Torres. After agreeing on a price, we went to sign the papers. Rick added in an extra $750 and charged me 1% higher finance rate than I had came Rick Torres. After agreeing on a price, we went to sign the papers. Rick added in an extra $750 and charged me 1% higher finance rate than I had came in with. Rick's sales tactics are despicable. He took advantage of my family and then wouldn't return our calls. I would recommend avoiding Rick and Route 46 Nissan since no one else will help us after the sale is made. More
THE WORST. AFTER ACCEPTING MY OFFER VIA THE INTERNET FOR A 2012 ALTIMA AND GETTING ME TO DRIVE OVER AN HOUR TO FINALIZE THE DEAL, THEY WOULDN‘T SELL THE CAR AT THAT PRICE. I have never had such a horrible experience leasing a car! The pressure they put me under was inexcusable and disgusting! The price they quoted me was outrageous and they didn't even know that Nissan is car! The pressure they put me under was inexcusable and disgusting! The price they quoted me was outrageous and they didn't even know that Nissan is giving 0% financing on 2011 Rogues! I went for a lease and my friend to purchase. She also was so turned off by their pushing that she actually walked out. I went to another Nissan dealer, no stress no pushing no pressure and sealed the deal. Saved quite a bit monthly from what 46 was offering and was given much more on my trade! I will never go back to Nissan on 46 and would never recommend that dealership. What a bunch of crooks! And to think I got two other car from Adam in the past 5 years. I hate to think how I was ripped off! SHAME!And to think I trusted him, how foolish was I! More
These guys are scammers and liars. They also take advantage if you are a woman. They will do anything so that you will get stuck with them. The pricing you see online or on the vehicle is totally way advantage if you are a woman. They will do anything so that you will get stuck with them. The pricing you see online or on the vehicle is totally way off as to what you will end up paying for. Rich and the asian guy (can't remember his name) are sneaky & are theives. You have to watch out for those two. I suggest to STAY AWAY from this nissan dealer! More
I went to this dealership after viewing their website. I looked at both new and used vehicles online to get an idea of pricing. On their website they advertised 2011 year end Alitma's for $15,000. I shoul looked at both new and used vehicles online to get an idea of pricing. On their website they advertised 2011 year end Alitma's for $15,000. I should have known it was too good to be true. When I got there and inquired about them he told me they haven't had them for 6 months. He stated, "they really need to update that site." Then he tries to take me to their used Altima inventory. Nothing was under $20,000 for a used Altima that was at least 2 years old. How can you advertise a new car for $15,000 and a used one with 25k more miles for $7,000 more??? The car I was interested in was an 09 Altima that they had listed for $22,000, but the internet price was $19,995. The KBB value was $19,500 certified. This car had a huge gash along the entire rear bumper and was certified in excellent condition? When I asked about the price online being $19,995 he told me that price was no longer available. Too many red flags so I decided to try my luck elsewhere. Next stop was Ramsey Nissan where I walked away with a new Nissan Rogue. I couldn't be happier with my decision. More
