I had such a good experience at this dealer especially with Mark who worked with us very professionally and with such ease and friendliness. He was very accomodating and answered all our questions. Unlike with Mark who worked with us very professionally and with such ease and friendliness. He was very accomodating and answered all our questions. Unlike some dealer/s i have been with, Mark never bad-mouthed any company and never bragged. You could tell he wants what is best for you while letting you stay in your comfort zone in terms of picking the right vehicle. Other staff members there were very friendly and accomodating as well. I also feel they were very honest about the deals they make with their clients and that they were not just there for the money but for customer satisfaction. Thank you so much for the help. I finally have a car i can call my own. More
Maikel provided great service and really fought for me to get a good deal! He went above and beyond to help me sell my car and lease a new one from Nissan 46 get a good deal! He went above and beyond to help me sell my car and lease a new one from Nissan 46 More

I was a sandy victim and needed a vehicle since mine was destroyed. I was honest and upfront about my situation. He took the money and promised that my payments would be 200 or lower. That was a LIE my payments went to 280 a month and I screamed at him and miraculously he found a way to lower it to 235 which I wasn't happy with but had no choice since he said my money was nonrefundable at that point. My truck was supposed to be fixed and detailed. I was told to come back in a few days or a week and he would take care of it. Needless to say I have been there 6 times and have left my vehicle twice for repairs since they can't get it correct. The first time i left my truck for about 2 weeks and the second time about three weeks. Guess what, I have to go back!!! No consideration for that fact that i live an hour and a half away, gas and 13 in tolls that I have to pay out of pocket and the countless hours I have to sit in traffic. My bumper wasn't fixed right, I was even charged an additional 150 for a second key, really after I purchased an almost $20,000 vehicle I get one key!! thats ridiculous. Fast forwards 2 /12 months I still haven't received the contract nor the warranty information with all the things that Maikel promised me. Maikel went as far as telling me and texting me " That no matter what they do for me I'm never satisfied" WOW!! My reply to that was I want a vehicle worthy of 20 grand not the piece of crap you sold me that still doesn't work properly! My AC doesn't work properly, the heated seats dont work but I was told by an assistant manager aren't you lucky it's summer you won't need it for now, ha ha ha, I was dumbfounded. Regardless I paid you, now give me something that works, don't talk down to women. unacceptable in my book. I'm in the process of contacting an attny and all media outlets that would hear me out and see the nightmare I have been thru....I have more to say but I hope this is suffice, STAY AWAY THEY WILL GIVE YOU A RUN AROUND!!! n sell you a junk piece of car!!!! My purchase was late APril 2013....STAY AWAY!!! More
Best experience leasing a car in my 20 years of leasing. Thanks to DJ. He took the time to listen to my needs and wants and helped me narrow in on the exact trim I wanted with the exact features I dreamed o Thanks to DJ. He took the time to listen to my needs and wants and helped me narrow in on the exact trim I wanted with the exact features I dreamed of. He explained how the option packages worked and helped me understand how each key feature was useful and something I would and do use everyday. I shopped for around for over a month at over 6 Nissan dealerships around the tri state area and He put all there quotes to shame. If you are looking for the best price and a friendly welcoming and fun experience I would recommend DJ LaSaracina over at Route 46 Nissan to anyone looking to get into a newer vehicle "at the best price". I dealt with Nancy Segui at Rt. 46 Nissan and liked how METICULOUSLY she was in explaining what was involved with the lease/trade. I would gladly recommend the Dealership to family or friends! Kevin was the finance guy who gave me a wanted. Dan washis boss who wheeled and dealed and played with the price, the trade in and the financing. Kevin was the finance guy who gave me a better rate and warranty. All three of them were nice guys. Friendly and informative. I found a connection with each one. I got the Armada I wanted and a good price. I am still waiting for a call back however because the bag whch should contain the tools for the jack was empty. More

I have given this rating because of the following. In my 30 something years of driving and purchasing cars I have never experienced what I did here. Dont go! They have cars on their website that dont exist 30 something years of driving and purchasing cars I have never experienced what I did here. Dont go! They have cars on their website that dont exist on their lot. My husband asked for one about 20 times and just kept getting ignored about it. He searched all of their lots for it and not there. We were going to purchase a vehicle, they were cleaning it but do to the time, 8:45pm, and not having had dinner yet and a 16 yr old that needed to study for finals, we asked to come back the next morning to finish the paperwork and get the car then. Offered to leave a check to hold it which was ok with them earlier all of a sudden they couldnt do that. We had to take the car then or nothing. Inconsiderate to say the least. My husband also asked how much they were giving the car to us for and Skylar would never answer the question. He would say things and then later deny having said it. We would ask him questions then he would deny we ever asked. After over 3 hours, we still didnt know the bottom line price of the car, interest rate, number of payments etc. The salesman was a very nice man and very patient with us. No problem with him at all. I felt bad that he had spent that time on us and Skyler, who I must add has no personality and really must not have a child since he was so insensitive to our dilemma, well he took money out of that salesman's pocket. That place was the worst, nothing fun and easy about buying a car from there. Now I have a hit on my credit report for nothing. More
I am planning to buy a used car and try to do as much research before visiting the dealer. Based on dealer inventory on website, I had selected 2 models, 2008 Nissan Sentra & 2010 Nissan Versa. For these research before visiting the dealer. Based on dealer inventory on website, I had selected 2 models, 2008 Nissan Sentra & 2010 Nissan Versa. For these cars I called up the dealer and discussed the availability and details of the car based on Carfax report. The discussion was good and satisfactory and I decided to visit the dealer same day. Now that I thought of nailing down a good deal, I thought of going a distance of ~20 miles and finalize the deal. But to my surprise upon landing at the dealer, I found that; 1) I was booked for an appointment for the next day, and 2) The discussed cars (confirmed as available) on phone were actually not available at all. I wonder how did the internet sales rep was discussing the carfax Trying to forget all this, I thought of checking the available inventory. But to my another surprise they showed me just one car and somehow wanted to push the sale. All in all it was an extremely bad day of incorrect information leading a prospect to visit the dealer and then push the sale. Any dealer that has an incorrect information on web vs. actual availability confirms the non integrity and immorality and makes me not to recommend the dealer. Note: I also tried to pass on the feedback to a phone no. displayed at the dealer but reached no where other than voicemail! More
Worse dealership experince ever in my 20+ year's in buying cars. I don't know where to start...but from the beginning of waking in...and negotiating price, Joe Daoud pulled the scam that the Internet p buying cars. I don't know where to start...but from the beginning of waking in...and negotiating price, Joe Daoud pulled the scam that the Internet price is not accurate....that included discounts that are pretty much impossible to qualify for (first time student buyer or something). Then the added numerous bogus charges such as window etching..the finance manager, Kevin is not forthcoming too..when called out on it, he played stupid! After all this, I should of walked, but I didn't....the overall price was still within my budget. While doing finance paperwork, the other not truthful, Joe Daoud was supposed to take the car to service to have a sensor in the tire replaced...as the tire sensor system indicated problems during our test drive. Needless to say, after we signed the paperwork, and are ready to leave, what do you know...the sensor monitoring system wasn't rectified! I told Joe that this was unacceptable. His response was "oh..it just needs air in the tire, there's a gas station across the street (Route 46), and after you fill it up..it will go off..our service dept is closed." This irritated me to no end, as now it is near 9pm..and im from PA, not NJ and have to make arrangements to return. Ok, now it gets better! On our way back to PA, we notice additional mminor problemswith the vehicle, such as the electrical window function malfunctioning, rattling in door, and the power steering started squealing after about 50 miles...prior to getting to the Delaware Water Gap Toll Bridge to enter PA. I called Joe Daoud that evening on his cell phone to make arrangements to return the vehicle to get fix these problems. This was on a Monday...I was going to return vehicle to service on Wednesday. Now, the next day (Tuesday),my wife drove the vehicle to work, approximately 50 miles round trip...then I drove it to take my son to soccer practice that evening. While driving, I notice the odometer reading was lower than when purchased...so I stop, check the odometer reading on the paperwork from the dealership in my glove box! I was correct, the odometer reading was 536 miles lower at the present time..than when I purchased. It rolled back! I doubled checked the mileage disclosure statement and the statement from the crook finance manager, Kevin who wrote the mileage down for the extended warranty. This was a faulty vehicle...which was in dealer terms:TMU....true mileage unknown! So, I immediately called that crook, Joe Daoud and told him that im driving the vehicle back to him and he could have it back...I was done! Mind you, it is 7pm, im in PA, and now im driving back to NJ! Im fuming...on my way, I made the decision to call Totowa Police Dept and explained the situation to them (best decision I made). They met me at the dealership upon my arrival. (Im the one who had the cops come as referenced in a post by another unhappy customer...that wish he ran from his respective deal when he saw the cops arrive). Anyway, eventhough it is a civil matter, they came documented the situation, took copies of paperwork, and took pics of my odometer reading, etc. I told them that I wanted to return car....this is 24 hours after purchase, and they refused to take back in....this is when I meet probably the biggest crook and jerk off of them all at Route 46 Nissan; let me introduce you to General Sales Manager, Michael Cibellis! He and I went toe to toe that evening and two times after...as they had me come back three different times to get vehicle in for service before they would commit to the return, etc. If you have to deal with Cibellus...give it back to him..he thinks he's a tough guy behind his desk! At this time I demanded a return..and I wanted my trade in vehicle returned. .they tell m methe trade in was sold..I tell them to get it back! This is when I meet the only half decent individual in this place involved in this transaction...let me introduce you to; Used Car General Sales Manager, Gary Degrazio...now this guy is ok....he did his job..tried to keep me as a customer, but by that time, I was too far gone! Still....a week had gone by..so to assure this deal was going to be terminated...I called the financing/lender on the loan, Wells Fargo Dealer Services (2nd best decision I made) and told them the issues and that I didnt want this vehicle....and if they funded this loan, I was dropping it off at their NJ location the day the first payment was due in 45 days! They immediately called Route 46 Nissan and amputated the deal! Gary finally got my trade in back and im still driving that trade in vehicle to this day...I was done with dealerships and the car buying experience! I will get there soon! So..that's my story....I hope this just one person reads it prior to entering Route 46 Nissan and it deters their decision..ir if they do purchase there you know what you may be faced with! More
