I was looking to purchase a new vehicle but wasn't sure if I wanted a new Nissan Altima or a Nissan Maxima. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Rick Torres. I expl sure if I wanted a new Nissan Altima or a Nissan Maxima. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Rick Torres. I explained my situation to him that I was torn between the Altima and the Maxima. He was extremely knowledgeable of both of the vehicles and I ended up purchasing a brand new Altima! He also gave me a GREAT deal and even FREE oil changes for life! Even the finance manager, Kevin Woodridge, was very nice and pleasant and offered me a great deal on an extended warranty. I would highly reccomend this dealership. They do stand by there saying, they do making buying fun and easy! More

tony was great and very helpful... soft spoken and very kind. the manager on the other hand was an xxxxxxx yelling at employees in front of customers, i came in here for a pleasant experience and that i di kind. the manager on the other hand was an xxxxxxx yelling at employees in front of customers, i came in here for a pleasant experience and that i didn't not like, if you want to yell at your employees take them to the back room and do it there. I'm not sure if he is the manager but apparently he is the "BIG BOSS". This is my second purchase at this dealer, my first car was purchased in the rain and i didn't see any scratches on it till the next day and i was very upset, making sure this doesn't happen again, i asked for the car in showroom and was telling the "BIG BOSS" my reasonings he didn't even use eye contact didn't look at me for nothing, and just told the salesman "yea yea whatever Tony you're here til 10 tonight!" Um? I was just telling him why and he yells at employee and walks off. definitely not good energy for a sales floor full of customers.... again Tony Rodriguez was great 11 out of 10...but that "BIG BOSS" whether part owner or just running the show thats not how you conduct yourself "BIG BOSS" he gets a 1/10 in my book. I stepped into the dealership weary from past experiences but this place looked beautiful. Upon entering I was greeted by Adrian who I felt comfortable with right away. He didn't seem like the typical car salesman that we all have our own image of. I told him exactly what I wanted and he quickly checked the inventory. This place is huge so naturally they had the Altima with the exact options I wanted down to the T. I took it for a spin and it was love at first drive. Adrian asked all of my questions, some even before I had a chance to ask them! Once we got back, we started working on numbers and it was one of the most painless experiences of my life. Everyone was courteous and there was zero haggling for a price. I told them what I wanted, they said ok, and the deal was done! As we waited for the car to get ready for me to take home, Adrian took me to the service department where he told me about all of the options I can take advantage of here now that I purchased a vehicle. He even introduced me to some of the service advisors. I can't wait to bring my Altima in for service. I never thought I'd say that! All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience at a car dealership and I would recommend Route 46 Nissan to anyone! More

I have no complaint about price -- they were very competitive on that score. But nearly three months after the purchase we are having a nightmare of a time with their finance department, specifically competitive on that score. This was my first time going to an actual dealership. I can say my experience at the Nissan Route 46 was incredible. When I stepped in to the time i left with my beautiful Nissan Sentra 2013.
