I had set out to only shop around, not necessarily to bring home a vehicle, the day I walked into the Rt. 46 Nissan dealership. I was focused on the Altima, but couldn't find a scenario that completely bring home a vehicle, the day I walked into the Rt. 46 Nissan dealership. I was focused on the Altima, but couldn't find a scenario that completely fit my requirements, including my budget. Sergio Ramirez was my salesman, and he generously and patiently spent the time with my dad and me as we considered other options. A couple of hours and two test drives later, I happily drove off with my new Nissan Rogue. In my opinion, the Rogue ended up being a much better choice than what I had originally considered. And Sergio, who was professional and personable, made the whole experience rather easy. I would definitely recommend Sergio and this Nissan dealership to friends and family. More
This was my first time financing a car and Wagner made it very easy. I looked at several cars before choosing the one I wanted. Wagner was patient and helped me stay within my budget. This dealer has made my car buying exp worst ever. I have never seen such a manager, who looks like hired for not selling car. Even i called the show room to confirm that they will honor the quote given by TrueCar and also got email for confirmation. But finally after spending two hour in picking up the car, running the credit. Manage came up with new value of car which is way higher than the quote i confirmed. Manager was so insulting while talking, that i was force to leave the showroom. I will never recommend that showroom, even it is bad for Nissan as well as TrueCar reputation as well. More

I came in looking to lease 2 vehicles on Saturday, January 25, 2014. I walked in the showroom in about 10 minutes was greeted by a sales person, who asked me to come and take a seat in the customer l January 25, 2014. I waited for about 40 minutes there - a sales man came in sat down with me in the lounge and asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and then told me that he would be right back, I waited another 15 minutes and left. it was a total waste of my time!!! These guys are really experts when it come to fight for the car you want. My wife and i were not on the greatest position credit wise to obtain the approval we wanted it, but again etween Joe Pellegrino an the car you want. What i like the most is that they really understand what you need and can afford and not trying to push you in to something they wanna sell you. Joe showed a lot of passion for his job and was there 100% of the time for us. Darren worked it out with the bank i wanted to deal with and that was awesome. I called Bill in your Service Dept. and told him that a few of my sensor lights were on including the master alert and he told me to bring the vehicle in immediately. It was the brakes that needed to be replaced and Bill suggested that I shouldn't wait to get the work done, it needed to be addressed right away and he offered me a discount as well. The price was not too outrageous, of course the labor was much more than the parts. But overrall I am satisfied how the brakes are working on my car and there are no alerts lighting up. I have leased several cars over the years with Nissan 46 and I have to admit that Bill was extremely knowledgeable and handled the problem with my car efficiently, which made me very happy! More
Joe was great..He deserves a great commission. My only gripe is learning to operate the car was poor!! The dealership had a person who spent time with us to learn and operate the Bluetooth operation before left. My only training on operating the vehicle consisted of how to operate the keyless entry, starting the vehicle, and a brief comfort control operation. I will be spending the entire day tomorrow in my driveway with my owners manual learning to operate it. Good thing I'm off for the next few days. My comments don't reflect on Joe...only your dealership on how to improve customer satisfaction. You should really consider hiring a person other than the sales rep to show you how to operate the vehicle. More
We leased a 2014 Altima and purchased 2013 Versa off the lot. The Versa had a problem and was returned twice. The problem has since been resolved.
