My car was totaled the other day in an accident and I immediately thought to call Bret who has worked with my family with the purchase of numerous cars at Route 46 Nissan. He got right back to us and in immediately thought to call Bret who has worked with my family with the purchase of numerous cars at Route 46 Nissan. He got right back to us and into a car almost exactly if not better then the one I was in before. When I got home for the dealership I noticed that the hood was pushed in probably from the weight of the snow etc and due to the rain none of us saw it when we got into the car. I again called on Bret who assured it would be taken care of. This is our 3rd Nissan purchased from this dealership. I find the staff very friendly and the service department to be kind and very helpful especially Philip Amend who usually helps me when I go in. In the past the Chevy service department I would go to would be intimidating and rude and that is never the case with anyone at this dealership. I was content with my previous car and most definitely didn't have the funds to purchase a car right now, but Bret and the team really welcomes you and treats you like family event when the customer (me) is in a horrific mood about purchasing a new car!
