I do NOT recommend this location for your service needs. We came here to fix our Jeep's heater. They charged us $700 and the heater was still not fixed. We took it back to them and they held our car for 2 W We came here to fix our Jeep's heater. They charged us $700 and the heater was still not fixed. We took it back to them and they held our car for 2 WEEKS (14 days we were without car) due to constant excuses and saying their "mechanics are all sick." Finally they said they will need to charge us an ADDITIONAL $2000 to fix the job they didn't complete. It's hilarious just reading this. Overall very unprofessional staff and rude to customers. My car has been sitting in their shop for two weeks. My husband and I call and call and just get the run around. This is the worst customer service place ever. I will never go here again. It's just mind boggling that your car can just sit there with no one working on it and nothing getting resolved. Two weeks! We are done and will just pick up the car and go somewhere else. My car needed service because it would not start. I replaced the battery but my car had a second battery. My car was towed to rt 46 keep and the service advisor said that it may be the both batteries I replaced the battery but my car had a second battery. He never did for a couple of days. I called every day and he would not answer or he would have the girls in the front tell me that he is still working on my car. Which was a lie because my car was sitting in the back lot. Then finally I was able to get a hold of someone by showing up to the dealership and the service advisor tells me that it is my engine and will have some one look at my car to call him the next day. So I call and he has someone tell me that they are still trying to figure out was is wrong with my car. After 10 days I had enough and went back to the dealership and demanded answers. They finally had someone look at my car and of course it was the second battery. Why did it take more then 10 days how incompetent is this advisor and the tech. Lost days from work. 1000. For rental and then a 300 dollar bill when this all could of been resolved I. A day. This is unacceptable service. More

I took my new 2021 Ram 1500 Special edition longhorn to them to Sadly, this is the least professional car dealership in New Jersey if not USA. I took my new 2021 Ram 1500 Special edition longhorn to them to fix the Navigation system and Front and Back Sensors problems. After 4 days, NOTHING ZERO was done to my Truck, they need more time they are very busy,,, if this is the case I would like to pick it up and go elsewhere, then by miracle he said wait it is done .. WHAT, insult on top lies after lies .. !! their service man assigned to my truck is not an honest man or care, he is more busy and interested with Text and browsing the net with his phone while I am standing, to add more insult to injury he lied to my face twice , and I was told it will be done in 2 days tops , after I pushed they say come and take it is DONE, xx and more xx. Driven around last night the problems clearly worst by 100%. I received my truck back with ZERO modification or Corrections on both issues, they got 100% worst, the Navigation is still off by 300 feet and censors now go off almost consonantly with no reason, what a fix they done ,.. sure they fixed it !!! Ram should not allow them to work on Ram trucks or be a dealer .. another story which I am taken with Ram HQ directly with documentations and photos and list of calls I made with no call back .... The damage did not stop there I notice a white substance under the Running Board, I took a closer look and there was white substance and clear imprint of large truck tires clearly, YES under the Running Board it , meaning someone drove my truck over tires,!! I was only less than 2 miles away from my office where I noticed it office, so to cut the xx they need to know it was not done elsewhere, it occurred at their location 10000% I have photos to prove it. they will be sent to Ram HQ in Michigan. Ram HQ will be calling on my behalf another Dealer to fix my issues, ( not the first time clearly someone complain about Ram Rt 46 in NJ or last by a long shot). I wish there is less than ONE Star to give them, I would. Where are the owners??? top managers??, do they give a xxxx about their customers ??? or care about their reputations? I can clearly say NO. This one location I urge you not to go to at any cost. after all that I called back to explain my situation peacefully and gently to them hoping for a nice resolution, now I am waiting for 4 days for so called the service manager to call me back to resolve the issue so i do not have to go to HQ !! or give them an honest bad review they deserve. Returning phone call to them just as bad as their service (such as Mr. Juana Hernandez, and his boss Mr. Cisco !! , worst then their mechanics abilities or skill fixing my issues and problem, but for sure they are good and can drive my NEW $80K truck over tiers and not apologizing or cleaning it or try to hide the damages , for me if they done that , that would have been the end of that for me.. not looking for anything form them I feel bad for the owners and worst for the poor management level they have at this place, clearly recycled used-car managers and service manager and ran by managers that could care less (or give a SH$%t) If you go there no one to balm but yourself, you have been warned GOOD LUCK One last thing the 2 people I worked or attempted to coronet not listed on the list below, another NO surprise More
WOW I finally had my truck repaired! Not by Jeep 46 repair shop but by Sadowski Auto Care in N. Arlington. It was coming from The oil pressure switch!! ANDDD they found the source if an Not by Jeep 46 repair shop but by Sadowski Auto Care in N. Arlington. It was coming from The oil pressure switch!! ANDDD they found the source if an annoying noise coming from the exhaust as well! 8 YEARS LATER we can accelerate without that annoying noise. I didn’t even have to go without transportation for the usual 4 days it was taken care of in one service day. I gladly PAID and left completely satisfied. A big fat red ❌ for you guys at Jeep 46 Auto Care and a shiny green check ✅ for Sadowski Auto Care at N. Arlington NJ for a Great Job well done 👍🏼 More
