Horrible experience, very disappointed and upset, I bought a 2026 Ram 1500 Bighorn on Saturday 09/18/25, The day of purchase, I noticed that the car had many scratches and I reported it to the sales ma bought a 2026 Ram 1500 Bighorn on Saturday 09/18/25, The day of purchase, I noticed that the car had many scratches and I reported it to the sales man (Elvin Fermin), he promised me that the problem will be correct it and ask me to come back on Tuesday morning 9/23/25 and it would be fix it the same day. That day 9/23/25 I took the car to the dealership around 9:30 am, an hour later I receive a call from the salesman (Elvin Fermin) telling me that the car needed a paint correction (the car hood have to be painted). “NEWS THAT DIDN’T MAKE ME HAPPY” he told me that it was going to take two to three days. Then he gave me an appointment for Monday 9/29/25. On Friday 10/03/25 , five days later the salesman (Elvin Fermin) called me to pick up my vehicle and I asked him over the phone, if he had checked it and if the job was done properly , he answered me yes!!!, when I arrived to pick up the car at 12:00 pm I saw that the problem wasn’t corrected, the car was dustier than when I delivered it, with the same scratches and running boards full in dirt. Today Monday 10/06/25 at 12:00 pm I decided to go to the dealership and the car was in the same place (service department parking) as Friday, then I asked to speak with the General manager, but the receptionist told me that he was not there, she called one of sales manager (which never introduced himself) he instead of listening to me about the problem, told me very unprofessionally, disrespectful and arrogant to wait until he get educated by the salesman (Elvin Fermin), after talking to the salesman (not in front me), he did not have the courtesy to approach me. He just sent the salesman (Elvin Fermin) to try to give me million of excuses. I insisted on speaking with him, and when he came, he barely let me speak. I even had to tell him to let me speak, only creating excuses and lies to get out of the problem. I texted the salesman (Elvin Fermin) two times asking for the sales manager’s name and he ignored me.I won't return to this dealership, not even for the free service. I bought this car to use, not to keep it in the dealership, is the dealership going to pay half of the monthly payment?. Besides that, they gave a loaner car 2023 with sewer smell. I will do everything possible to ensure this review reaches all platforms. That's why this dealership has such a bad reputation and so many bad reviews. For this dealership you are only important the day of the sale, after you cross that front door they treat you like trash. I rate them one star because there is not a lower rating. After almost two weeks, 10/07/25 at 12:30 pm, I checked the App and the truck was still in the dealership. At 2:01 pm, the truck was already in the body shop, and at 3:18 pm, the salesman texted me that the car was ready. My question is if it was really necessary to contact US Costumer Care of the Brand, so the dealership could correct something so simple on a brand new vehicle, when there is a large number of professionals to resolve these types of problems? As I said before I will do everything possible for the poor work of this dealership and the mistreatment of their customers to reach all platforms, and I've already started. This dealership has many of bad reviews. If any customer has issues with this dealership, just call US customer care. With just a phone call to the dealership from my case manager they corrected everything in three and half hours. More

Absolutely the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I brought my Jeep in with nothing more than a check engine light. After keeping it for TWO FULL WEEKS, Route 46 Jeep came back with a shocking diagnosis: “catastrophic engine failure” and a push for a $16,000 engine replacement. The so-called “proof” they gave me? A spark plug with a bit of oil on it and what looked like coolant seepage — things that do not justify writing off an engine. Instead of walking me through possible causes or reasonable repair options, they jumped immediately to the most extreme and expensive fix they could. And then came the insult on top of the injury — they charged me over $900 for this so-called “diagnosis.” No real answers, no solutions, just scare tactics and a massive repair estimate that feels like nothing more than a blatant attempt to rip off a customer. This service department operates in a way that is shameful, dishonest, and unethical. If you value your money and your peace of mind, do yourself a favor: AVOID Route 46 Jeep at all costs. Get a second opinion, because what they’re doing here looks a lot more like predatory upselling than honest automotive care. More

Called 3 other mechanics and Teterboro Jeep and they all said drop it off and youll have it back next day. This place is shady and does not care about the customer at all. Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle anywhere else unless you don't want it back for weeks. More
🚨 WARNING: One of the Worst Service Experiences – Stay FAR Away from Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge (Little Falls, NJ) This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service department, and I f FAR Away from Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge (Little Falls, NJ) This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service department, and I feel a responsibility to share it to help others avoid the same costly mistake. My experience with the service manager Dave at this dealership was filled with lies, negligence, overcharging, and disrespect from beginning to end. I brought in my 2019 Dodge Ram due to strange noises. Dave fresco told me the flexplate was damaged and quoted me $1,981.77 for the repair. I was also charged $350 for a diagnostic, which he claimed would include a full check of the engine, transmission, and related systems if I approved the repair. I left my van with them for three days, expecting professional service. When I called their own parts department during that time, I was told the flexplate costs just $129. Yet, I was charged nearly $2,000 for that part and basic labor — no additional repairs were performed. After picking up the van and driving it for just 72 hours, the transmission began slipping. I returned to speak to Dave fresco, and he literally told me to “keep driving it — it’ll get better.” I’m not a mechanic, which is why I brought it to a dealership in the first place. I trusted them to do the job right. A few weeks later, my transmission completely failed. I asked for the promised diagnostic report — and Dave fresco casually said, “We don’t have one.” He admitted their “diagnosis” was just someone “listening to the engine.” That is not a diagnostic. That is a scam. Worse yet, I discovered from a third-party certified shop that the transmission had NO FLUID in it. Yes, they forgot to refill the transmission fluid after removing it to access the flexplate. The technician even showed me metal shavings in the oil after refilling it — likely due to damage caused by running the transmission dry for over a month. This wasn’t just sloppy work — it was negligence that destroyed my transmission. To this day, my van has been sitting dead in my driveway for over 2.5 months. I’ve had to rent a vehicle just to keep my business running. I called Dave over 10 times, left voicemails — not a single response. Not once did he stand up, take accountability, or offer any resolution. In fact, he wouldn’t even stand up from his chair to speak to me face-to-face. He gave me attitude like I was bothering him. I’ve since called multiple reputable mechanics and dealerships, all of whom confirmed that the same repair should’ve cost between $700–$800, completed same day, and included proper testing and diagnostics. None of them could believe what I was charged for what little was done. 🔴 Dave fresco is unprofessional, dishonest, and should not be allowed near a customer service desk. 🔴 Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge is disorganized, negligent, and willing to take your money without doing the job right. 🔴 They left me with a destroyed vehicle, no support, no accountability, and thousands of dollars in damages. Please take my advice and STAY AWAY from this dealership. They took my hard-earned money, caused major damage to my business vehicle, and then completely disappeared. Shame on you, Dave fresco. You are the worst representative of customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I hope this review helps prevent others from falling into the same trap. More
