Dear Ms. White, Thank you for your response to my review. I would like to formally document my concerns regarding the service I received at Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I brought my Jeep in with only a check engine light. The vehicle was otherwise running smoothly with no performance issues, noises, or drivability problems. After two weeks, I was told the engine had suffered “catastrophic failure” and would require a $16,000 replacement. The evidence presented — a spark plug with oil on it and what appeared to be coolant seepage — does not, in my view, justify such a conclusion. What troubles me most is that I was charged over $900 for this “diagnosis” and left with no reasonable repair options. This is not what I would expect from an authorized Jeep service center. I value transparency and accountability, and I believe Jeep/Stellantis would as well. I hope this matter can be resolved fairly.

How about a public explanation on why you think its right to take appointments and not honor them. You knew damn well when i called to schedule an appointment that you werent going to look at it for days. How about telling people that ahead of time? I took off work because i made an appointment and had the expectation that it would be looked at in a reasonable time. I work in logistics, id be more than happy to show you how to schedule things, since obviously no one there has any idea. Youre running a shady business and do not care about the customer. And by reading reviews, im not the only one having this problem. Next time i step on your lot is when you go out of businesss. I'll go to Teterboro Jeep if i need anything, they are a million times better than the unorganized mess you run.
