Dealing with Gabriel was a delight. No games, no back and forth with an annoying manager. He was a pleasure do deal with, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I purchased a jeep wrangler and the car has been in service over 48 days with nothing but problems that they cant figure out how to fix. Lets start with day one.. check engine lights on 3 days later i service over 48 days with nothing but problems that they cant figure out how to fix. Lets start with day one.. check engine lights on 3 days later i pick up the car everything seems good 2 days later lights on again i bring it back to service i get a call stating its a cylinder head that needs to be replaced. Ok now 3 weeks later after making numerous phone calls and no straight answers i personally show up come to find out its a payment issue on their behalf to where they purchase their parts so im sitting around for three weeks because they didnt pay their bills one more week and i finally get my car back only to to drive it to work 1/2 later and check engine lights on again and to make matters worse they broke one of the fog lights and the car was filthy and scratches on the side and back of the car once again i return it to service now its a computer issue ok now two weeks go by and supposedly now the car is fixed i go to pick it up it has an empty tank of gas and the service engine light is still on... To make matters worse they dont offer loaner cars they really dont offer anything in return for the aggravation except for a bag of xxxx. The used car sales manager Dan Ludwick is a patronizing xxxxx no one in this place has any idea of what they are doing you cant find anyone that has any kind of authority,to wrap this up if you walk into this place to purchase a car expect to really think why i didnt read a review before i walked in here its what i should have done. I went to jeep of ramsey the day before and had a horrible experience. They lied to our faces thinking we didnt know anything, so needless to say we walked out. Coming to little falls and dealing with Steven was a breathe of fresh air. He was curteous, understanding of my situation and just a friendly guy. He took out all the pressure and headache of buying a new car. This is exactly why I am recommending him and the dealership to my family and friends for future purchases. I have already made up my mind, and that is coming back when my lease is up for another Cherokee (only if Jeep sticks with the quality they used for this model) Im so happy with my purchase and feel very lucky to have been helped by Steven. My wife and I went into the dealership on friday the 25th. I was looking for a " BRAND NEW " Ram 1500 Laramie fully loaded. I saw the exact truck that I wanted on the show room floor. It was a 2012 with 25th. I was looking for a " BRAND NEW " Ram 1500 Laramie fully loaded. I saw the exact truck that I wanted on the show room floor. It was a 2012 with a " NEW " car sticker on the window. Edwin sits us down with marcel to work with him on getting the finance. As Marcel was working on another customer I went to the truck to do some inspection. Upon inspection I realized that the truck had over 8400 miles on the odometer. I knew that this was not a " NEW " truck and I was willing to still purchase it at a much lower price. When Marcel called us in to his desk I mentioned to him that the truck is really a " DEMO " and that I was not going to pay the 46,000 dollar sticker price. Marcel responds by telling me that the truck is new and that he will only take 1,000 off the 46k price tag. When I asked him how he considers this to be a brand new truck he responds by saying that the truck was never registered and that the oweners son was the one driving the truck and took very good care of it so even with 8400 miles the truck is still new. So I asked him if the owners son put 20,000 miles on the truck is it still considered new? He responds by saying that the bumper to bumper starts at the current mileage and is still 3 years. At this point my wife was getting very frustrated with all the nonsense we were hearing that she told Marcel that he is wrong. He responds by asking her why is she talking to him in a rude manner? I found this to be very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. He then says in a smart xxx way that " Oh you want to pay more for a truck with no miles " I can do that and comes back to me with 16% interest and a 940 dollar payment. My wife and I left is disgust. I went to Paramus Dodge and they provided me a " BRAND NEW " truck with 4% interest. The deal went through so smooth and they didn't try to insult my intelligence with total crap. Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge has got to be the worst dealership that I have ever went to!!!!!!! More

After having gone to numerous Dodge dealers (and even Chevrolet, Kia, Hyundai, and Ford dealers), we ended buying a vehicle from Route 46 Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. Gabriel did not give us the run around Chevrolet, Kia, Hyundai, and Ford dealers), we ended buying a vehicle from Route 46 Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. Gabriel did not give us the run around and did not try any of the underhanded tricks we had just experienced from the dealers we had just visited. He is very up front and first tries to understand the customer's needs and preferences. He makes sure the buying experience is as painless as possible (and believe me, at other dealers it WAS like having your teeth pulled). He made sure to present the options for vehicles and worked to match what we were looking for. He also made sure to set expectations clearly so that there were no surprises when it came time to talk numbers. He worked with the sales manager and finance manager to make sure our negotiations were clear and met both our and the dealer's needs. If you need to buy a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep look up Gabriel at the Route 46 dealership in Little Falls. They have a good inventory of vehicles, have a pleasant environment to go through the research and purchasing process and will likely get you what you are looking for at a price that is acceptable leaving you feeling happy about the purchase of your new car.
