Tony is a passionate man about what he does. He worked hard and diligently to ensure my vehicle was taken care of; even down to the point where he would rather prolong delivery of my Jeep to make sure tha hard and diligently to ensure my vehicle was taken care of; even down to the point where he would rather prolong delivery of my Jeep to make sure that every single bolt and button was perfect instead of just rushing it and getting me out the door! I sincerely thank him for his experience and expertise! By the way he's the jeep accessory expert, ask and he'll hook you up or at least know where to get it from! More
I LEASED A 2012 DODGE DURANGO FOR 39/MO FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND HAD AN OVERALL POOR EXPERIENCE. NOT ONLY DID THEY MAKE ME WAIT OVER A WEEK FOR CREDIT APPROVAL -FOR A TIER A RATING-, THE ENTIRE PROCE DEALERSHIP AND HAD AN OVERALL POOR EXPERIENCE. NOT ONLY DID THEY MAKE ME WAIT OVER A WEEK FOR CREDIT APPROVAL -FOR A TIER A RATING-, THE ENTIRE PROCESS TOOK ABOUT A MONTH. THE SALES REP CHECKS HIS EMAIL LIKE ONCE A DAY AND HARDLY REPLIES. WHEN I PICKED UP THE TRUCK, I PAID MY DOWN PAYMENT AND WAS THEN ASKED -OK. HOW DO YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR 1ST PAYMENT? OH AND YOU HAVE TO PAY YOUR REG FEES OF $291- I DONT KNOW ABOUT ANYONE ELSE BUT IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS. MY DOWN PAYMENT WAS ALWAYS TOTAL MONEY DOWN WITH NO OTHER COSTS. VERY UNEXPECTED. THE DAY I PICKED UP MY TRUCK, I NOTICED DAMAGE TO ALL THE WINDOW MOLDING ON THE VEHICLE. AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS AND NO RESPONSES FROM ANYONE, I STOPPED IN A TALKED TO A MANAGER AND ITS BEING HANDLED FINALLY. THING IM PISSED ABOUT IS NO ONE REPLIED TO MY EMAILS OR VOICEMAILS AFTER I SIGNED THE LEASE. I STOPPED IN TO PURCHASE A REMOTE START AND ONLINE ON MOPAR IT STATES $238 FOR THE PART AND $479 FOR PART + INSTALLATION. MY SERVICE REP APPARENTLY ADDED BOTH NUMBERS AND ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME AN EXTRA $300 AND ARGUED WITH ME THAT HIS GUY TOOK 4.5HRS TO INSTALL IT. MORE xx! I HAD TO TALK TO THE SERVICE MANAGER WHO PULLED IT UP ONLINE AND SAID I WAS RIGHT. PLUS, THE REP TOLD ME TO COME BACK AT 1ST OIL CHANGE TO REPLACE MY SCRATCHED MOLDING..A JOKE UNTIL I SPOKE TO A MANAGER. AND ANOTHER THING, THE REMOTE START ONLY BLOWS HOT AIR OUT OF THE A/C.. THE VEHICLE I TRADED IN WAS APPRAISED AT $11,000 AND ITS NOW ONLINE SELLING FOR $17,000.. MY POINT IS..EVERY TIME I WALK INTO THIS DEALERSHIP I FEEL LIKE IM ABOUT TO GET ROBBED. SHOP AROUND AND BE VERY CAREFUL.... AND ALL THOSE CALLS YOU GET FROM ALL KINDS OF MANAGERS ASKING ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE...THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK... More
My husband and I stopped in here on a whim after shopping around for ANYTHING in our price range, hoping we might be able to get a Jeep - which we both always wanted. We were greeted right away and introduce around for ANYTHING in our price range, hoping we might be able to get a Jeep - which we both always wanted. We were greeted right away and introduced to Ed and told he was a bit "new". He was nice, figured out what we wanted, and took us on a test drive. We didn't feel pressured or patronized at all. We only had a certain amount down and so much to spend a month and after some negotiating, the sales manager came over and told us "It's the end of the month and I have to move some cars. Come in tomorrow with $____ down (all that we told them we could put down) and we'll do $____ a month". Perfect! We were thrilled when we left. Next day, we came in knowing exactly what we wanted. They had one left (the one we test drove) so we said we would take it. We THEN waited 2 hours to finish the process. Any only when we walked into the financing office to sign everything did we find out the price would be $30 more per month than the manager told us AND our first month's payment was due that day (which NO ONE mentioned prior). When we ran numbers with Ed, it was assumed (as any normal person would) that the prices he was quoting included taxes and fees. He never once said anything about these being extra, nor did his manager. We knew those were an extra cost but we were very much mislead when we were given a price - which was the whole reason we came back and went with this dealership. When we expressed how unhappy we were we just got a "I never said taxes and fees weren't extra, sorry you feel that way". Add to that the fact that when I paid the first month's payment I was overcharged by $70, which had to be refunded then I was charged again. If I didn't LOOK at the receipt no one would have been the wiser. A couple days later and I'm still waiting for the refund (even though they gave me a receipt). $300 is a lot of money to charge someone by mistake. When the car was ready, the license plate frame was put back on upside down. And no one shook our hand and wished us well. We weren't happy up until then, but we weren't throwing a fit. Customer service should kick into high gear in these situations but since we had already signed everything and paid they could not have cared any less. The price we ended with was still decent for a lease on a new Jeep but we were not happy at all with this dealership. Make sure you're extremely clear on the pricing before you waste an entire afternoon - or worse - thousands of dollars. More
To even call these people to make an apt u need to take atleast 45 mins out of your day. they transfer you to every other person, dept and even other dealerships before you even get to service and thats if atleast 45 mins out of your day. they transfer you to every other person, dept and even other dealerships before you even get to service and thats if you dont get the voicemail. ask to speak with the manager and i can guarantee he wont be in. apparently he never is. this frustration every time you try to get a simple oil change is so not worth the free oil changes. would never recommend this place to anyone. From the first moment meeting Gabriel, he was attentive and friendly and answered EACH and EVERY question I had in detail. His follow up via email and phone calls were great. I felt very comfortable doing business with him and he went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get the best price for my Jeep. Gabriel was informative and professional and I am so happy I was able to meet with him and make my purchase through him. Frank in finance made the experience very simple and easy and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. They make a great team and I can't thank them enough! More
Tony is a straight up awesome dude to deal with. Hooked me up beyond belief. NO DEALER, and I mean NO DEALER was willing to do what Tony did for me, and get me in what I wanted at the price I needed. They me up beyond belief. NO DEALER, and I mean NO DEALER was willing to do what Tony did for me, and get me in what I wanted at the price I needed. Very bad experience with both sales and service. I came into the dealership intentionally to get my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited repaired. I was lured in by a salesperson and ended up purchasing a used into the dealership intentionally to get my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited repaired. I was lured in by a salesperson and ended up purchasing a used 2008 Nissan Altima coupe and used my paid off 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee as a trade (they only gave me $3500 for it and they wanted me to put down $1000 cash more). They "spotted" me the new car and took my truck which they sold at an auction 4 days later. I noticed the car kept making a noise when I would drive. I took it back to service a total of 3 times and all 3 times they could not find anything wrong with it. One morning the noise got 100 times worse and so I decided to take it to the dealership for the 4th time. On my way to the dealership, I was in the middle lane of the parkway and the front drivers side wheel (yes wheel....rim included) came off. I almost caused a 5 car collision and could have killed myself or someone else. The car was towed and the dealership gave me another car..same exact make and model but with less miles and the salesperson tried to keep everything hushed. I received the second car on March 20, 2012. Today, I found out that could not get approved from the bank and they are willing to give me back what they valued my truck at but thy have to charge me $18.95 a day for the usage of the car. I am so disgusted with this place. he people there are unethical and rude. I took my car to service 4 times for the same problem. The finance manager HECTOR VEGA IS A JERK-OFF and the most rude and repelling individual in the whole dealership. He is a narcissistic pig and too belligerent to be working with people. I feel like those people are quick to make a sale and then try to cover their behinds by screwing the customer over. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! More
Fast and easy experience when leasing my 2012 jeep grand cherokee. I got all the option I wanted in the jeep for a price and down payment that was fair and reasonable. Adam answered all of my questions and cherokee. I got all the option I wanted in the jeep for a price and down payment that was fair and reasonable. The dealer was a long drive from where I live, but appeared to have the best selection of Wranglers in the NYC area. I found 2 vehicles I was interested in, and drove over. From the very beginning, appeared to have the best selection of Wranglers in the NYC area. I found 2 vehicles I was interested in, and drove over. From the very beginning, Tony was a very friendly and responsive salesman. I could not decide on a color so, at my request, he brought both vehicles to the front and parked them side by side so I could make a choice. He answered my questions fully. The deal we agreed to was excellent, including an upgrade to 17 inch wheels and tires at no charge. They valued my trade fairly. The only bad experience was with the business office. The sales form had a preprinted $299 charge for window etching. I was able to have this removed. I did not, however, catch a $770.00 destination charge which duplicates the sticker $900.00 destination charge until the deal was done and I was home. Their processing fee of $299.00 is high. Without the duplicate destination charge I would have gotten an excellent deal. Because I was not careful enough, I instead got only a good deal, and so what would have been a superb buying experience is now somewhat soured. Buyer beware. More
