NIghtmare! I bought a car from them with the miles turned back. It is all over the carfax report, which they did not show to me. I cancelled the extended warran I bought a car from them with the miles turned back. It is all over the carfax report, which they did not show to me. I cancelled the extended warranty that they sold me, which I paid for in full, almost $4,000 for the warranty. They refuse to send me the refund check that they cashed. This car has sooooo many problems. I have spent a ton of money fixing just some of them. I now have attorneys involved. I would give them a negative 5 rating if possible. Save yourself the torture. They also do not return calls when theres a problem. More

The dealer was a considerable distance from me so I chose to have them transport the Flex to me. I asked the salesman, Kenny, 3 times if the exterior was free of damage and the interior was clean and not da to have them transport the Flex to me. I asked the salesman, Kenny, 3 times if the exterior was free of damage and the interior was clean and not damaged. The vehicle arrived about 9:30 pm. The transporter did not ask me to examine the vehicle with him Just asked me to sign his phone acknowledging receipt of vehicle. The next morning I discover right headlight was burned out, left side exterior mirror broken and the outside of the vehicle was very dirty. The interior was filthy! Passenger side door panel trim damaged. I have asked the salesman and the office folks to step up and reimburse at least some of the costs to put this vehicle in the condition in which they represented it to be. No response. My expenses have been $965.00 to repair the mirror, replace the headlamp bulb and have the vehicle cleaned. The broken mirror and burned out headlamp caused the vehicle to not pass safety inspection for licensing. This dealership has not responded in any way. More
