Poor customer service & unprofessional Route 33e Nissian does not value loyal customers. I have spent a thousand dollars getting my car fixed and you would think service advisors would appr Route 33e Nissian does not value loyal customers. I have spent a thousand dollars getting my car fixed and you would think service advisors would appreciate loyal customers. The first run I had was with Ken Pepp when he raised his voice and was very rude. When I came into the establishment I was not greeted "Hello Good Morning how can I help you today". I spoke to Mr. Pepp about concerns regarding my 2010 Nissian. He clearly wasn't paying attention so I was headed to the receptionist who is one step away. Mr. Pepp raised his voice , I advised not to speak to me in this manner. I left out and called customer service immediately. I recent provided Route 33 Nissian with another chance. I went into the establishment on Oct. 1 to get an oil change and have my belt checked the service advisor was pleasant (didn't get his name) short . After waiting for my oil change another service advisor Zack Grandinetti came out and stated that I would need a new belt and tensioner. He stated that I could contact whoever replace the belt because they may have a warranty. I advised that I would see but I would like Nissian to get the parts. Zack advised that he could have the part in on Monday or Tuesday. I then made an appointment with the receptionist to come in today Saturday, October 8, 2016 for belt and tensioner. I came in at 9am told the service advisor (women with blonde hair) why o was here. She began to search the parts in her system I asked if they were here she didn't say much. I sat down in the waiting room for one hour for her to finally come out to advise they did not have the part. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism at this establishment. I live in the Marlton area the reason why I came back is to give Route 33 a chance which is my fault. I was a loyal customer and I do not deserve unfair treatment. Route 33 Nissian will never have to worry about my business ever again. I will never recommend them to anyone. Time spent waiting for my car that wasn't getting spent is lost. Simply do not value loyal customers I will take my business else where. More

Very convincing salesmen I received a letter in the Mail regarding the Nissan dealer. I figured I would come in and discuss my options. Tyler was the salesman that worked with I received a letter in the Mail regarding the Nissan dealer. I figured I would come in and discuss my options. Tyler was the salesman that worked with me. He was able to answer ALL of my questions as well as understand where I wanted to be in terms of my payments. Kash worked very hard at also making the deal. Overall my experience was excellent at this dealer.from the start with Tyler taking me out to the lot and explaining the differences in lease and finance options, to Terri with the final signing of the papers and Vladimir who explained everything patiently with my millions of questions!! All I have to say is I love my new car, and I had a WONDERFUL experience!! Thank you everyone More

I ended up paying Over 2K for a brake issue, initially they just said my booster was having an issue... couple of days later they called and said, my master cylinder had an issue and then a week later that my ABS actuator had an issue. I could not back out due to the state in which the car was.. Pathetic staffs... absolutely rude and are completely incompetent. The Sales manager is Ok, but the service manager is also rude and has no control over his service team. I would advise windsor nissan if you are in hamilton, west windsor, lawrenceville... I would'nt recommend buying from them also... as i bought the used nissan maxima and my battery died just months after... one of the tires keeps showing low air within a week of filling it... The engine was not cleaned up... I made a big mistake of trusting these guys... --seek else where if you have to buy a nissan More
