Then when I finally make an appointment I have to wait 2 hours for my car to be serviced(a 20 minute oil change) I was beyond PISSED OFF. Then the next day after the oil change there is a big pile of oil underneath my car. These people are a bunch of xxxxing idiots and I will never take my car back there. EVER More
ROUTE 33 NISSAN = TERRIBLE SERVICE I have a leased 2017 platinum nissan maxima from Mt. Holly nissan with a wheel and tire protection plan that I pay an additional fee for every month. I have a leased 2017 platinum nissan maxima from Mt. Holly nissan with a wheel and tire protection plan that I pay an additional fee for every month. This specific plan covers anything from curb rashes to flat tires and gaurentees that if it can’t be fixed... it is to be replaced. Well I brought my car to route 33 nissan to get this flat tire repaired and they are telling me they cant find my plan and it isnt working out. After a call with mt holly nissan they told me to just pay route 33 nissan and they would find a way to reimburse me for it. I was told i would have had to pay $50+ to have them plug a tire which is ridiculously over priced. After an argument with the service manager i decided to leave without getting it fixed. Route 33 nissan allowed me to leave their shop as an unhappy customer on a flat tire. This isn’t my only bad experience with route 33 nissan. I went there about 4 months ago to get my oil changed and they returned my car to me with mud all over the passenger side and my front bumper LITERALLY HANGING off my car by a clip. They denied responsibility and refused to look at the camera to see if i brought it in that way... (which i clearly didn’t). If you are wondering why they have 4 stars on google, it’s because the service department offers you $10 gas gift cards to go on google and write fake 5 star reviews... so odds are if you see anyone writing a 5 star review for this dealership they were probably bribed into it. If you are reading this before deciding which dealership to go to for service or the purchase of a vehicle. I highly recommend driving the extra 20 minutes for Mt. Holly Nissan. They treat you like family there and they don’t nickel and dime you. As you can see below: The Customer service specialist gave me that number to call and talk to the general manager about what happened. I called it yesterday DURING business hours... no answer. Left a voicemail at 6:00 PM yesterday and still no response. It’s starting to seem like they don’t really care about how customers feel. More

While the recall was obviously not the dealer’s fault, they way they delt with the situation was horrendous. I was given a rental car for approximately 4 months since the replacement parts were not available and they had no idea when they would get them. The first rental I was given for about three months had manual windows and locks, which was incredibly frustrating. After the first three months I got a call that the replacement part was in so I scheduled a repair appointment. The next day I got a call from them saying they made a mistake and actually didn’t have the part. A few weeks later they called again to say they had the replacement part so I took my car to their service center to have the airbag replaced. They said it would be done same day or the day after. A week goes by and I hear nothing. I call for an update and am told they ran out of replacement parts and are waiting for a new shipment. They asked why I was in a rush since I have a rental which I found incredibly rude and apathetic. I would have appreciated a call letting me know what was going on with my car. After another week of no updates from them I called again and asked to speak to a manager. I was transferred twice and ended up speaking with the girl in the rental department who is not a manager and again had no update. She said they were still waiting on more replacement parts. A few hours later I got a call that my car was magically ready, which leads me to believe I was lied to on the phone earlier or my car was actually repaired already and no one took the time to check. When I got to the dealership to return my rental, a kid said he had to do a walk around with me (which I never did when I was given the car). The second rental I was given had several thousand miles on it when I got it so I had no way of knowing if the marks and dings he was pointing out were from a previous driver. He told me the car was brand new when I got it and I was responsible even though the car was a 2016 model and had 3k miles on it before I ever touched it. I finally got my car back and was prepared to put all of this behind me only to realize there was another car blocking me in in the parking lot. I left feeling horrible about the situation because of the attitudes of the employees, the lack of customer service, and the fact that I never was able to speak to the person who was managing the situation. They acted as if they were the victims in this situation and I was an inconvenience. If they had acted with more transparency and understanding it could have been an entirely different experience. I will never go back even though I have free oil changes for life, and I will never be purchasing another Nissan vehicle. More

Now the guy comes out to tell me the rotors have to be cut for 295 dollars. Its a brand new car! How could this be! I would like some answers on how this could be. Horrible service experience! More

So then I return it to them & they claim the new things broken were do to "wear and tear" and wanted to charge me over $2000. when I called Nissan complaint department they managed to cover the parts hmm but it's wear and tear ... right?!? but not labor wich according to Rt33 Nissan was $675 a ridiculous amount. had this service department not messed with my car and the supposed recalls from the get go my car was running fine. GO ELSEWHERE! The service is terrible and management extremely rude!! STAY AWAY! Don't waste your time with this dealership!! Will never be dealing with this or any other Nissan dealership again!! Sad that I wasted $32k on a brand new car with them! More
