Took my daughter out for her first ever new car shopping experience last evening. We had a thoroughly underwhelming and unimpressive visit to this dealership and she was very disappointed and upset. First the entire lot that is open to the public is all used cars. There are no new cars to browse. The new vehicles are kept in the back of the lot away from shoppers. Second it took several tries to locate a sales person. Once we did get a chance to test drive a vehicle, the sales person did not evenCome over to talk to us about our test drive, he was too busy having coffee and smoke break with his Coworkers. We drove a $26000 Kicks and we allowed to walk away. Then another sales person asked if we wanted to buy a used car instead. This is a used car lot they have no interest in selling new cars. Nissan should strip their logo. I was giving them a secOnd chance after They did a bait and switch on me two years ago when I bought my Rogue because I do really like their service department here. They tried to pushed a used car on me then when I made I clear I wanted new. The service group is the only reason for the two stars. More

Route 33 Nissan Hamilton Square NJ will not accept or honor TrueCar certificate pricing. I received several emails from Route 33 Nissan that confirmed the TrueCar certificate price for a New 2020 Nissan honor TrueCar certificate pricing. I received several emails from Route 33 Nissan that confirmed the TrueCar certificate price for a New 2020 Nissan Altima S Model. Not accepted and no reasonable explanation. I have expectations that the Internet Sales Manager will sell me the vehicle at the TrueCar certificate price. In the meantime, I will send emails and letters to TrueCar, Labor Unions, AAA, AARP, NissanUSA, Route 33 & 46 Nissan General Manager, it's partners and owners. More

Okay so I took my daughter to purchase her first car. I suggested Nissan because they always have the best deals. Tim has probably been the first time I can genuinely say I received thee absolute best cust suggested Nissan because they always have the best deals. Yet he had an answer for everyone of them. He even offered to assist us with insurance and everything. To say the least he made my daughters very 1st car buying experience a breeze.
