Classic bait and switch sales tactics. I was VERY displeased with my entire experience I had at this dealership. I had set an appointment a day prior to take a look at a used Honda they had for sale. displeased with my entire experience I had at this dealership. I had set an appointment a day prior to take a look at a used Honda they had for sale. I called to set my appointment and was told that the car was available and would be available when I came in for my appointment which was literally the next day. I drove an hour out from my home to come meet with them. When I arrived not only did they not expect me they than informed me that the car I had in mine was sold that morning. The kicker is they called me collectively about 8 times to confirm my appointment, the day I set it and the day of and not once during any of these phone calls was I alerted that the car I had in mind was no longer available. After sitting in there they tried to offer me another car of the same brand but I would have to wait an entire hour for them to get it to the dealership. After talking they tried showing me an Altima which after talking to some friends who had recently bought that same Altima (same make, almost same miles and same year) from another dealership it was way more exspenive than what they paid, not to mention the new car they tried to show me to make up for the car I was interested in not being there was a good $4,000 more than what I wanted after they told me they would give me a great deal and it would be in my price range. I understand making a sale but blatant lies and bait and switch sales tactics are very scummy in my opinion. I highly recomend steering clear of this dealership anytime in the near future unless you want to overpay for a car you didn't even show up for. More
