I felt mislead because I wasn't satisfied with the car and not only was the finance specialist rude to me after returning the car, I am being charge with all these fees. More

Very disappointing I accompanied a friend as she was buying a used Nissan Sentra. The young saleman, Jay, was pleasant and helpful. But that's where any positive aspect I accompanied a friend as she was buying a used Nissan Sentra. The young saleman, Jay, was pleasant and helpful. But that's where any positive aspect of the experience ended. Our negotiated agreement was contingent upon the Sentra (2011 w/ 15,000 miles) being detailed and rotating the tires. They also promised to perform an alignment, as it pulled to the right). Jay said his manager refused to replace the faulty trunk lid lift struts, even though the slamming lid was dangerous, and the lifts are $50. Fine. We were kept 90 minutes past closing time as the business agent, Chris, prepared the sales agreement. When it was finally ready for our signatures, we found multiple errors, guess what - all in the dealership's favor. There was no discussion of the finance agreement, just a "sign here." When my friend picked her Sentra up the next niight, it had NOT been detailed. It was neither washed nor waxed. The tires had not been rotated. The air pressure was 40 lbs on the right, and 25 on the left. I guess that's how they aligned it. This is what I would expect from a shady downtown wholesale used car lot. This is NOT what I would expect from an authorized Nissan dealer. More

It was a low-pressure sale, and the sales team that handled me did a very nice job for the most part. I got what I considered to be a fair price, and there was some movement to meet me requirements. The car itself was VERY clean, and so far, so good. Time always tells with these things, but I have a good feeling about this one. The only glitch came when they could not meet my need for a four-year number. We moved the term up to five years, but I was then told by the sales rep that in New Jersey you "can't do" five-year loans on used cars. This seemed kinda weird to me. I was not going to do a four-year loan for the amount quoted, so I told them, thanks, but no thanks. Then suddenly the five-year option was magically back on the table. I blame this on the Finance guy, not on the Sales Rep. But other than that weird glitch, it was a pretty good experience. More
