Unparalled service! This was my first experience leasing a car, as I've always bought used, so I didn't know what to expect when I drove up to the dealership. Since I never leased, I wanted to make sure I did all my homework so I could make an informed decision about which car would be best for me. I felt alone going in because I didn't bring anyone with me who could tell me whether or not I was getting a good deal. When I pulled up to Nissan33, I was greeted by Kioh Shim. Kioh was VERY patient with me, and VERY professional. I explained to him my financial limitations, and he did all he could to meet them...truly. I actually left after my first visit without leasing, because that was the first dealership I went to, and I didn't want to rush my decision. Kioh called me a few days later to see how my search was going, and I informed him that I was still searching. After countless test drives, dealerships, and negotiations, I ended up back at Nissan33...where the journey first began. They provided me not only with the best deal, but the best customer service as well. Everyone there seemed to work as a team, and were very welcoming....I no longer felt like I was alone during such a daunting process. Now I'm driving around in my new 2015 Nissan Sentra!
