Rude salespeople I'm from out of state called about a car they had on line left two messages they never returned . I finally called back was supposed to be speaking t I'm from out of state called about a car they had on line left two messages they never returned . I finally called back was supposed to be speaking to a manager I could barely understand Him. He rushed me of the phone and didn't even try to answer my questions. I decided to call back and a sales lady answered the phone she was probably the rudest car sales person I have ever spoke to tried asking about the sale price offered only to loyal customers which with the way they treat people they will never have she told me I wasn't one and then just hung up on me good luck ever selling a car. More

Not Good I work at the base nearby. Im in the market for a Pathfinder and saw a couple on their website at good prices. I decided to go by after work since t I work at the base nearby. Im in the market for a Pathfinder and saw a couple on their website at good prices. I decided to go by after work since they're pretty close. I get there and park up front in CUSTOMER parking which is directly in front of the Salespeoples cubicles. I begin walking around the lot to find the car I saw online. When I found it, the first thing I noticed was that the sticker price was way more than the price online. About $5k higher. I was surprised but figured maybe it was an online special. Next thing I noticed, no salesperson. I had been walking around the lot (in uniform) for about 10-15 minutes. I know they saw me come out because I parked directly in front of them, they made eye contact with me, and I saw a couple come out to have a cigarette while I was standing there. I finally decide to just go inside to see if I could talk to someone about the car. It was like no one wanted a sell. I walked around the lobby looking at the cars while the salespeople were sitting at the cubicles just talking to each other. I don't know if it was shift change or what but I was at the dealership for a good 35-45 minutes before I decided to just leave. I was in such disbelief at the lack of customer service. It felt like they wanted me to beg them to take my money. More
