I ran over a curb with my 2019 Nissan Leaf two weeks ago. I took my car to the Nissan 23 dealer in Butler, NJ, and they keep saying that everything is okay. This can't be right, given I can *feel* the car's suspension is not working. The service manager even took the car onto the road with me, and he say it was normal road vibrations. This dealer is full of BS and it is clear they can't even fix this problem. I am now very desperate to get this car fix, yet I don't know who I can turn to. Nissan 23 sucks! I do not want to come back to this place again. :( More
I have a brand new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder 10k miles. Air condition doesn’t work. They say it’s a faulty part. Part is on back order. After spending 42k on a car they want me to rent a car. Now I know why people buy Toyotas and the resale is so much higher. Never again will I buy another. I will trade in asap and get a used 4 runner. Nissan Corp should have given the ok. Not a good company More

I specifically told them not to inspect the rest of my car looking for things to fix. Just what was pertinent to the problem. Made the appointment and was told that day they would take it right away. An hour and a half later they still hadn’t looked at it. They said they were waiting for an electrical specialist. I didn’t believe them. Several hours later they came back with an estimate. $1,847.98. ! I knew it was bs. I left. Took the car back to my mechanic and he fixed it for374.88. No parts needed. It was a cable issue. Nissan wanted to charge me 1105.55 for parts . Yup, dealerships! Come to your own conclusions. Just thought you should know. More
AVOID EVER GOING TO ROUTE 23 NISSAN! If your car breaks down in front of this dealership, please take my advice and have it towed somewhere else. I took my Nissan just to have the fluids changed for a roa down in front of this dealership, please take my advice and have it towed somewhere else. I took my Nissan just to have the fluids changed for a road trip. Driving the car back I noticed a noise. I brought it back the very next day. I rode with a mechanic who recommended repairs based on this new noise. I should share the fact that my car was now leaking in multiple places from the original fluid changes just one day prior. Route 23 Nissan has now had the car for 10 days, they have done thousands of dollars in recommended repairs and still can get my car right. Their Part Department has no parts, so you always loose a day to a parts order. The parts department has on two separate occasions either not ordered the parts and then ordered the wrong part twice. I was told their best technician was working on my car. They still don't have a clue how to fix my car which never had an issue or a warning light before Route 23 Nissan opened the hood. We used this dealership for service twice this year. First oil change, they forgot to fully tighten oil drain plug (only finger tight), causing an oil puddle on my garage floor. My husband had to craw First oil change, they forgot to fully tighten oil drain plug (only finger tight), causing an oil puddle on my garage floor. My husband had to crawl under vehicle to tighten plug. They also broke the tip of the support rod that holds the hood up, which they replaced once we complained. They gave us a free oil change for our troubles, which we used a few months later. The technican that worked on the car spilled oil on the engine and didn't wipe it off. This caused us to have a horrible odor, once we started using the car. It did eventually burn off, thank goodness. The staff were very nice, but the quality of the people that work in the repair/service is troublesome. I would be afraid to have my Nissan/Xterra worked on again at this service center. More
This dealer used to be performance Nissan but since those names get changed like socks. The name Nissan is what we are concerned about. Had a faulty transmission in a 2014 Nissan Sentra SR that was involved names get changed like socks. The name Nissan is what we are concerned about. Had a faulty transmission in a 2014 Nissan Sentra SR that was involved in a major cvt lawsuit with multiple cars. On 11/23/19 with 78k the car had a remanufactured transmission installed at the Nissan dealer. On 4/26/21 with 99k the car’s transmission fails again. With the car at Nissan and not under any type of coverage I call Nissan direct for assistance. With non given towards the repair of vehicle it would be over $4k to fix. When asked to Paul Amaral the service manager if it is even worth putting in another remanufactured transmission when this is the second to fail on this car. He states that Nissan has fixed the issue and it’s better now. Not sure if Nissan has QA index cards for what to say but I think Paul needs a new set. It has been a stressful experience with the dealer and Nissan headquarters. Stay away from Nissan!! I drive up to 100 miles a day commuting to work. I need a good mpg reliable car to go from A to B and Nissan has failed to provide that. If I had went with the Hyundai 10yr 100k I still have coverage worry free More
