In my latest visit I was assisted my Service Specialist Celines Cisneros. She saved me the expense of a tire rotation because it was found to not be needed at this time. In my dealings with other dealerships it seemed to me they are always looking for service items that are not needed so this came as a welcome surprise to me. The people at this service center understand that customers have a choice in service centers and they make sure that you always leave with knowing that your car is in good hands and they have provided good value for your money. He very kindly spent time with me answering my questions and then brought me outside to look at a new Accord. The whole transaction was very low key, with no pressure and very pleasant.
