He takes the initiative to find any coupons or options to make my servicing cost efficient for me. His time estatimates are accurate and he makes the time, even when it is busy in service, which it usually is, to go over each area of the checklist and to predict what will be next in line for service. I like the added touch of leaving with my car having been run thru the car wash there too! And I always remember that the way I got to this new car was because Steve had called early on a wknd morning with not so good news about my then car...squirrels had eaten away most of the wires below...I was not a Route 23 Honda customer at that time but Steve had fit my Honda in and arranged a rental...I had no plans for a new car and not a way to meet the squirrel challenge with no warning...Steve thought of the idea of my coming up and speaking with sales to learn options, arranged a person and appointment and they fit me in despite other preset appontments with the recommended person because of the position I was in. Ron was the person and he got one of his team Ray who literally ended up spending the entire day with me-I kid you not!- cause that's how long it took to figure out options, see what could be arranged that met my rather magical criteria and need! and they saw it thru. Throughout the day, Steve from service kept popping over to see how it was working out. Although I was in for service this visit, this dealership keeps authentic track of its customers and their satisfaction. While in the waiting area enjoying my popcorn, Ron, the sales team managers from a year ago saw me at the cashier and asked not only about my car, but also about a situation that had been going on in my life at the time I purchased the car. If you want 2 hours of deception, lies and half-truths, and you want to meet a parade of salesmen, managers, and finance people, this is the place for you! We have the best dealer ever, Dino Riccio. He is helpful and considerate of our needs. Some dealers are loud-mouthed, abrupt and over-agressive. Dino is friendly, pleasant and very likeable, which makes purchasing a vehicle as affable as it can be. We first dealt with Dino last Feb.(2010). My husband bought me a Ridgeline for Valentine's Day, and I love it. Last fall we had our older daughter see Dino to help her pick a car to suit her needs. She found him to be personable and respectful of her needs and budget. Yesterday, we went back to Dino and now I purchased a Pilot for my husband for Valentine's Day. Dino once again was great to work with. I find purchasing a vehicle to be stressful and it takes time and effort to find a comfort zone, but Dino has made us comfortable and is understanding of our wants and needs. Our younger daughter is considering purchasing a new car and is definetly going to see Dino. In fact, she may come with us when we pick up the Pilot to test drive a CRV.
