I recently purchased a Honda Civic from Dino Riccio at Rt. 23 Honda. I spoke with several dealers on the phone before I decided to stop in Rt 23. I had never been there before. I actually wasn't sure I could get the deal I wanted, which was to turn in my leased vehicle a few months early and purchase a new one with .9% financing. Dino gave me a great price (the best price I could find) and took my lease as trade. He was straightforward and outlined all the terms. They had the car I wanted in stock so I left a deposit and returned the next day. The car was ready for me and there were no surprises. That's all I wanted; a great deal, no games, and you'll get my business. It really was a pleasant experience. The only snafu was they couldn't find one of the keys to my new vehicle. Because there had been flooding in the area that weekend, there were several customers in the dealership since the water had receeded. That evening, Jeff and Sunny stayed very late to make sure that I was totally satisfied and that the car was fully to my satisfaction - cleaned and ready for me to drive off the lot. I'm thrilled with my new Honda Accord!!! In choosing the car, I was in many dealerships including Nissan, Toyota, Hyundai and another Honda dealership. Overall Route 23 Honda is far superior to any of the other dealerships we visited! Decor, setup, vehicle displays, cleanliness, wifi area, coffee, comfortable seating and waiting area are beautiful accommodations that make a customer feel that their needs are well taken care of. In addition, I had purchased some extra body molding and trunk mats and when I went to have them installed, the service department was fantastic! I chose to wait and not use the loaner car, and enoyed working at their computer tables (their computers) in a well lit, relaxing environment. Coffee available along with popcorn and a large screen television. The bathrooms were very clean and well kept. When my car was finished, ahead of schedule, the sereivce agent, Poppy, came into the waiting area to talk with me and took me to my car and showed me the new additions and asked if I needed any instructions on how to use things in my car! I have never experienced such customer centered service anywhere! Everyone we met with including other sales people and managers at this dealership was helpful, friendly and courteous.
