Route 23 Honda

My experience prior to purchasing my car was very positive - the salesperson, Rolando, was great. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he kept me updated as the inventory updated and was al positive - the salesperson, Rolando, was great. Rolando's responsiveness and professionalism were what made me ultimately purchase my car from this dealership. If I were only rating my interactions with him, this review would be a 5 across the board. However, the experience I had once I bought the car was not what the dealership promises ('our relationship with the customer begins when the car is purchased...'). The service department was not very polite or responsive when I was trying to get information about my car, and I was back and forth with several people before finally taking my car to be serviced elsewhere. There was an issue with the car that should've been taken care of, and they couldn't find (or fix) the problem - at which point I was told I would be responsible for paying for any further 'service' they did. More

I dealt with Chris this week when I purchased my new Odyssey everything went great. Chris was very knowledgeable and informative on the overall minivan and all the options.
