They refused to make an appointment for a recall service repair because I did not purchase the vehicle there. Said they were not accepting "visiting vehicles" for this recall. Vehicle was purchased elsewhere due to where I lived at the time. If I still lived near the dealership where I purchased this vehicle, I would have brought it there for repair to begin with. I guess when it comes time to purchase another Ford vehicle, I will go back to the original dealership as well. Dumb business practice and against Ford Motor Company policy. While you're fixing my vehicle, I could be browsing shiny new vehicles in your showroom. But I guess not. More
