Route 23 AutoMall - Service Center

Two days in service for a scheduled oil change, tire rotation and Sync s/w update is ridiculous. And this is the second time a simple scheduled service took two days. Also, I had to call at end of each rotation and Sync s/w update is ridiculous. And this is the second time a simple scheduled service took two days. Also, I had to call at end of each day to find out status of service because Route 23 Automall made no attempt to contact me. More
