These people attempted to get me to pay a “diagnostic fee” with NO DIAGNOSIS. Specifically, Michael had me sit and wait for 2 hours and 30 minutes just for him to tell me he couldn’t find a issue with my fee” with NO DIAGNOSIS. Specifically, Michael had me sit and wait for 2 hours and 30 minutes just for him to tell me he couldn’t find a issue with my car (mind you I came in w/ engine light on dashboard). From 3PM-5:30PM, he walked passed me numerous times as I watched people that came after me leave before me until I was the last person left. He then told me the diagnosis wasn’t finished yet after waiting all this time. He also added that the mechanic DID NOT see any lights on the dashboard upon ENTERING my car (hmm, interesting) & also drove it around for 7 miles to confirm( interesting way to “diagnose a vehicle”) I told him I can come back in the morning but I cannot leave my car. NOT AN OPTION. I asked for my car back after he had no excuse for wasting my time or reiterating what I told him and he said I have to “pay my bill”. Very sad because after reading the reviews I’m starting to believe this is there main source of revenue. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he left at 5pm. Great. I informed him I am not paying a diagnostic fee and there was no diagnosis. He proceeded to CALL THE POLICE. As I sat and calmly waited for them, I decided to call Toyota Customer Service. Mike leaves and returned stating the manager said I can leave and don’t come back. I replied no thank you I will wait for the police to square this away. After the police arrived, Tom Carrino was brought to the phone only to say more rude and vile things to me. DO NOT COME HERE. Especially if you are a WOMAN or a MINORITY!! They will literally attempt to steal and scam you. I will be calling Toyota Headquarters to report this issue as well since both associates tried to make it seem like I was a theif by calling the police on me. More

I was very happy with our salesman, Bernard. He was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly yet professional. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for the experience is that every step was extremely slow. We had to wait for someone to get the car from another lot, and finally Bernard had ti go and get it. Negotiations also took a long time, and Bernard would disappear for periods of time without telling us the reason. Same thing when we came to pick up the car: waited for the financial person, paperwork, then they couldn’t find the 2nd key. It was not a very smooth process. More
