I was very happy with our salesman, Bernard. He was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly yet professional. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for the experience is that every step was extremely slow. We had to wait for someone to get the car from another lot, and finally Bernard had ti go and get it. Negotiations also took a long time, and Bernard would disappear for periods of time without telling us the reason. Same thing when we came to pick up the car: waited for the financial person, paperwork, then they couldn’t find the 2nd key. It was not a very smooth process. More

I came in this past Saturday to discuss and possibly purchase a truck this dealership had for sale. We negotiated and could not come up with a deal I was comfortable with. I go out to my vehicle and the salesman Bernard makes a final offer. I told him I’d think about it and I’d be in touch Monday. I speak to Bernard on Monday and asked him if they could do any better. To make a long story short he said they couldn’t and his manager told him that deal was only good on Saturday. Bernard never told me this and I think it’s an outrage that a deal is only good for a day and not tell the customer. Buyer beware and avoid this dealership. More
