Khaled Elsisi was great a very nice and experienced sales person. However I’m not too happy with the car that I purchased a 2021 RAV4. I did not have the car three months and already has a malfunction sales person. However I’m not too happy with the car that I purchased a 2021 RAV4. I did not have the car three months and already has a malfunction in the steering rack of which they don’t have the part it’s on back order for three weeks now. Have to order it International. I am driving a rental however I put a lot of money down on that brand new car and I’m not too happy I feel as though they should give me another new car More

Scheduled a test drive over the phone for two specific models - said they would have both ready when I came in. After driving for 1hr+ and checking in, the salesperson came out and said that they were sel models - said they would have both ready when I came in. After driving for 1hr+ and checking in, the salesperson came out and said that they were selling both models $5K above MSRP. He said if I wasn't ready to pay that there would be no test drive. After I explained that I drove out of my way, he said "let me see what I can do". He disappeared for 30 mins. At that point, I walked out - was so awful how they treated us. More
