The people were great, and figured out I needed new brake pads and had to have the rotors adjusted. They worked fast and offered me a fair price, so I am happy with everything. This dealership is outstanding. I had the privilege of interacting with John Pearce, the General Sales Manager, and I was amazed with the degree of importance he and the dealership placed on providing hi interacting with John Pearce, the General Sales Manager, and I was amazed with the degree of importance he and the dealership placed on providing high quality service and customer satisfaction; it was clearly above and beyond what one would normally expect from any other dealership. Although I purchased a used vehicle "as is," when I arrived at home I found that there were aspects of the car that the sales consultant indicated would be fixed if I purchased it. Somehow, there was a miscommunication and it didn't getting repaired. Despite the fact that Mr. Pearce did not have to authorize any repair, he was willing to go the extra mile and authorize the service department to make the appropriate adjustments. Jose Arriyo, the service manager, was very professional and considerate when speaking to me. He was kind and pleasant throughout the process. I can only say that Route 22 Honda is a place where you feel like a V.I.P. Because of my positive experiences and interactions with Mr. Pearce, I will be purchasing my next vehicle from this dealership. Moreover, I encourage others to seriously consider purchasing from Route 22 Honda. They are by far the best dealership with which I have worked over the course of 20 years. More
