Poorly skilled service advisor, who lies and cheats customer I was given wrong estimation time period for the service required for my vehicle. I was falsely accused of accepting loaner vehicle for extensive peri I was given wrong estimation time period for the service required for my vehicle. I was falsely accused of accepting loaner vehicle for extensive period of time without my knowledge. No one had the courtesy to call me to advise delay or provide any updates on my vehicle. They do not value others/their customers time. I was kept on being transferred for 2 hours for one department to another. No one had a clue on what's going on and why no one was answering the phone. I was told 10 minutes before closing time, you're vehicle is ready for pick up. It took them about 8 hours to work on my car alone. I don't think I'll be able to go to this location anymore. I will stop everyone that I know from going to this location. My credit card was charged without them returning my car. The service advisor actually promised me that he'll bring my car to me, after taking my credit card, and charging it. I still do not have my car with me. I was lied to, I was cheated. I will make sure this matter goes all the way to the corporate office. More
