It's Getting Better Let me start from the time I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment. There are 2 doors in the service center for the entrance. I used the leftmost door, I kept waiting but nobody opened it. While the other door opened right away when somebody comes, 2 cars were already in even though I arrived ahead of them. When my door opened up , I complained to the guy who confirmed my appointment but he was so calm, very respectful in giving his answer with a smile. I was already upset that time but I calmed down because of his very pleasant reaction. My service Advisor that day was Maynor Alvarenga who is also very pleasant and calm. He listens to all my maintenance problem and offer solution to it. How nice to keep coming back to this service center if all the employees are like them. I hope that the company will hire more people like Maynor. More

He is very calm and giving attention to all my needs. He enumerated to me all the services needed for my car. Everything were done in 2 hours and 30 minutes. A lot of customers are waiting for their job to be done. Thanks to the guys in the service center who reported on this black Friday and helped out customers. In Short, No honesty in this buisness. I just visited RT 22 Honda Service Center for bad battery which was replaced by them in 2014 saying 100 month warranty. Guess what they are lying. I had bad battery cell which resulted not starting car and taking long cell to start. They replaced with full charge!!. Interestingly they strongly recommend to replace transmission fluid which was done year ago by them. After I reminded why I need this again then answers is technician used wrong code....... Filter, again strongly recommended. They even try to show bad filter from someone else car to realize you how bad it is and asking if you want to have it change. I had mine replaced few months back by myself and they are asking to replace it. After remind them that I have replaced by myself this summer, I don't think I need this service. Again technician may have used wrong code! WHAT, ARE YOU KIDDING ME WRONG CODES FOR SERVICES THAT DOES NOT NEEDED!!!!!!!! For other vehicle they service, they have cut and left hanging bar for cabin filer access. More

I am very pleased with the way he accommodated me with the services I wanted for my car. He shows willingness and readiness to answer questions or any issues related to the services I want. He explained to me the advantages of having nitrogen gas being used to inflate tires and the services that I need for my car that corresponds to the mileage. He is such a nice guy that I highly recommend to everyone as your service adviser. More
Disrespectful & Money Hungry I currently have a lease with Route 22. My new Honda Civic currently has power steering problems, low tire pressure, and brake system problems. I called Honda Service immediately and the receptionist are rude. My husband asked for her name she said Diana and asked if she needs to spell it out for him, which was uncalled for. Besides the lack of manners, the receptionist did not help and said call tomorrow. I called back this morning and now another receptionist is telling me there are no appointments for today. This is unbelievable the lack of help from this business is horrible. My advice is to NEVER get a lease with them because they are quick to sell you the car but as soon as there's issues and concerns the company turns their backs on the customers and aren't willing to help. RIDICULOUS We were very pleased with the car and the person that helped us lease the car (Manor). However, today we had the worst experience ever! We got a flat tire and called the dealer, they asked how long it would take to get there and we said 10 mins, so they asked for us to drive there. We got there 10 minutes later to be told that they could not fix it because services will close in 20 mins! Services told us to call the dealer, and UNFORTUNATELY we spoke to the sales manager and we asked for a solution and he said that we should leave the car there and take an uber back home are drive it back just like that! They said it wasnt their fault that we went there with a flat tire! When they were the ones that told us to go there in the first place! If they knew that they dont take people by a certain time they should have told us! We pay for tire and rim insurance so the least they should have done was apologize instead of saying that it wasnt their fault we got a flat tire. Yes it wasnt their fault we got a flat tire but it was their fault that we wasted our time going there and risked getting in an accident or damaging the car. Its such a shame that not even their managers are well trained!!! More

I was there today for my car's service scheduled (oil change) at 4:00. I arrived 30 minutes early and I was entertained right away. I sat in the waiting area and after few minutes Paul came to me and told me that they will start the service right away. In about 30 minutes, oil change was done and my car was washed too. When Paul gives me back the key, he always get out of his office and ushered me to my car. I hope all the service advisers are like Paul Giameo. I want also to commend the Service Technician Bernard Washington for the job well done! Thank you guys! When I drove my car back home I thought I was driving a brand new car! More

I was ready to sign and pay but somehow in the end they asked me for cosigner. After couple of days I went with cosigner details and they got his credit score but lied with me that's its not running and started giving xxxxxxxx excuses. They got 2 credit scores but still hesitate to give me car because they committed me the price but later on changed their mind. When I asked for higher authorities details they said look on own!!! I found their sales manager "Edward Garcia" details but same no response. I would say avoid this dealer and specially "Meena" and "Jodeph". More
Very Disgusting Service Appointment (CRV EX 2016) I purchased my car Oct 7, 2016 which according to their promo it comes with a remote start. They scheduled me to drop off my car Oct 21 at 11:30 for I purchased my car Oct 7, 2016 which according to their promo it comes with a remote start. They scheduled me to drop off my car Oct 21 at 11:30 for the remote start installation. When I arrived on that day at 11:30 the receptionist guy told me that I don't have any appointment so he checked with the service advisor named CLAUDIA. The guy came back to me and told me that my appointment was 9:00 am and that they could not wait for me for the whole day. (I am very sure that my appointment is 11:30 because I called the sales advisor who helped me in the purchased of the car before I drove down to Route 22 to confirm my appointment since he was the one who scheduled my service that day). I went to CLAUDIA'S office with the receptionist named Wayne but I was not allowed to go inside and I was just standing outside the glass door watching both of them inside her office. In short I was rescheduled Oct 28 at 9:30 for the installation of the remote start. When I came back on Oct 28 to drop off my car I personally met Claudia because I had some documents to sign and I asked for a shuttle back to where I live in Jersey City. Around 11:30 somebody called me who I believe was Claudia telling me that my car is ready. I told her that I need a shuttle back to Route 22 Honda because I don't have a ride. She answered me, "sir we're closing at 7:00 pm, just come here if you have a ride". She is rude and unfriendly! So I took an Uber from Jersey City to Route 22 Honda. I went to the cashier to get my key and for the paperworks and then I asked the cashier if where is my car? she said it should be outside already. I went out and look for my car but I can't find it. I went back inside the building to ask the receptionist and he told me to just go outside and in the parking and look for my car. I went outside again, go around the building and to the parking to look for my car but I could not find it. The weather that day was very cold and can you imagine their customer going around looking for the serviced car and nobody is willing to help? I went back inside the building again and demanded for my car and it was found out that my car was still inside their service garage. What a bad experience I had on that day! I am a customer of Route 22 Honda since Feb 2013 and I always received a call from it's customer service for a feedback and survey after the service but this time I did not receive any call from the customer service, it's quite odd! So I decided to look for this website so I can have my voice heard about the bad customer service of Route 22 Honda. One more thing, there are people in there that when you come in they will tell you that " if you need help just let me know". Guys do not believe on this statement because it's their memorized line, its overused. I went back to them about the problem I encountered and they just shrugged their shoulders. Shame, shame on them! By the way I gave 3 stars for the quality of work because after the installation nobody explained to me how the remote start works. They just hang the remote in my key holder. I gave customer service and Friendliness a 1 star because there's no zero (0) in here. More
