Problem not solved My Honda was purchased on a rt 21 Used auto dealer Named Liberty Auto. At around 70000 miles Honda insights leak oil. I was not aware until after my p My Honda was purchased on a rt 21 Used auto dealer Named Liberty Auto. At around 70000 miles Honda insights leak oil. I was not aware until after my purchase. The auto dealer took it to Rt 22 Honda for a recall and to check the oil leak problem. Replaced parts (oil pan) and it seemed as if the problem was fixed. A few months later I took the 2013 Insight to Garden State Honda in Passaic for an oil change. They told me the car still leaks bad. So I went back to Rt. 22 Honda to tell them they did not fix the problem. They checked it and told me to get an oil pan. This was previously done, they almost had me redo this. this was not the solution. The oil pan was not leaking. Then they said well you need a new engine, at my cost. This is unacceptable, I just purchased this car 3 months ago. And it has been leaking from the get go. My local mechanic cleaned the engine and pinpointed leakage from the gaskets not the oil pan. This is what I believe needs to be done. More

Gave the car like New and returned like trash —I have few accessories installed and took like 3 weeks for getting an appointment . — took almost a week to just fit few parts . — returns in a ver —I have few accessories installed and took like 3 weeks for getting an appointment . — took almost a week to just fit few parts . — returns in a very dirty condition, full of boot stamps all over seats, very dirty . — few parts are not working — got emblems painted and front emblem lost it’s paint and fallen in a week , back emblems are not places properly. Efficiency, courtesy, hence reliability! Went for an oil change under maintenance program, a freeby, complimentary car wash, and tire rotation, which would have to pay for. I was seen as scheduled and kept up to date as the car was being serviced. The waiting room was spacious, clean and the free coffee was appreciated especially at a little after 7 in the morning. More
