Hi, my appointment was scheduled for 2 pm and i was there by 2:06 PM. There were only two service experts on the desk and both were busy, i was waiting for them. Since this was my first time with Jeep service, I was told by one of them to get the number tag from valet. But outside there was no one available for giving me the number tag. After 10 mins they gave me a tag. Now when i went inside with , Harley was there. I asked her that i am here for oil change , but have another concern. My jeeps front cigarette charger stopped working couple of days back. Without even listening to full details she told me I was 30 mins late and denied me saying that they cannot check on that as I was already late and I didn’t had appointment for that. What should be customer expectation here? Thanks,
