We all make mistakes, some are forgivable and others... not so much. Rich and his team at Route 18 took pity on me where they probably shouldn't have, and I can't thank them enough. I left my sunroof open right before the mother of all rain storms. (I'd like to add that the Jeep Liberty engineers knew what they were doing when they designed that car, as my entire electronic dash escaped unscathed.) My leather seats and carpet resembled a murky pond with a stench to match. Rich invited me over to the dealership immediately, and perhaps it was the mixture of pride in the vehicles he cared for and the love I bear for my Jeep, but Rich kindly asked his staff if they would vacuum out water from my car, which they did, thoroughly. Then to boot, washed it and polished my rims with no expectation of compensation. It would have selfish for me to ever have had the expectation that the dealership from which I bought my car would provide such service, but they did. And Rich, I would like to thank you and your team so much for having dropped everything to help the sad sopping girl who stupidly left her sunroof open... (It'll never happen again!) Called to have one of our company vehicles repaired under a recall notice. Christine was able to fit us in almost immediately. We dropped the truck off and in about 2 hours I was notified that the vehicle a recall notice. Christine was able to fit us in almost immediately. My husband and I recently purchased a used car for our daughter,and wanted to make sure that it was safe for her to drive. Once again, Rich Warren saves the day. Our car would not start. Called Rich. He coordinated roadside assistance to come to us. I ordered my 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T at this dealership and got a good deal. My basic warranty is about to expire and I had a two minor issues that needed to be taken car of. Christine was very helpful and inspected the minor issues and ordered my replacement parts right away. Rich assisted me with the service visit and was very helpful as well. The repairs were done very well and you can tell that the service department and technicians are very familiar with the vehicle. In their thorough inspection of the vehicle they noted an addittional item that needed to be repaired and ordered me a replacement part right away to have the repair complete before the warranty expires.I have nothing but good things to say about the service department and plan to continue to have my car serviced there. Route 18 CJD dealership is a pleasure to deal with. After ordering a spare key from Freehold Jeep and was told it would take two weeks to get in by a service advisor, 2 1/2 weeks later we called and After ordering a spare key from Freehold Jeep and was told it would take two weeks to get in by a service advisor, 2 1/2 weeks later we called and found out they had never placed our order. Called RT 18 CJD and the not only had a key in their parts dept, they could program is whenever it was convenient for us. We have had service work done twice at RT 18 CJD and have been treated very professionally from the receptionist, to the service advisors, to the mechanics. RT 18 CJD is our dealer from now on. No more trips down rt. 9 for lousy service. Thank you RT 18 CJD! More
