I've had to bring my jeep to a different dealer and I've had to bring my jeep to a different dealer and the services and quality of work was horrible. The employee's make you wait while they carry on I've had to bring my jeep to a different dealer and the services and quality of work was horrible. But the worse part was them making you feel like you where takeing up to much of their time. At the east Brunswick location when the jeep is worked on it's explained fully what has to be done and what can wait. they are always friendly even when you might be a difficult customer. The work is done right the first time and what I like the most is if they aren't sure what the problem is they are up front with you and discuss the options. More

I discussed on the phone with him the problem that I was having with the electronic control module on my 2010 Jeep Liberty. Rich was very nice and asked me to come to the service department to evaluate the problem. Rich explained that my ECM was not serious and my car would be okay.
