As you can imagine, my wife was not happy when the engine light went on the week we bought our new grand cherakee. Rich and Christine could not have been any nicer and done more for us including making sure light went on the week we bought our new grand cherakee. Rich and Christine could not have been any nicer and done more for us including making sure we had a great loaner car, fixing our cars problem and making sure that when we received our jeep back, it was washed and vacumed. I would recomend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car or fixing a problem as the service department is excellent. More
I made an appointment for Saturday June 22, 2013 at 10:30 to get a new key for my 2008 Dodge Caliber. I had called a week beforehand to make the appointment and make sure this could be done. I was told it could be done and would take approximately 45 minutes. I arrived at the dealer at 9:50. I was told I was entitled to a free inspection on my lifetime warranty powertrain. After 2 hours, I was told that my key had been cut incorrectly. I spent 2 hours sitting in a waiting room and I left after 2 hours not getting what I had come in for. All I wanted was a key. I was wiling to pay the ridiculous price for the key. I left after 2 hours with no key because someone apparently cannot do their job properly. All I was given was a list of things that are wrong with my vehicle. A list I did not ask for. All I asked for was a key. I was not offered a discount if I came back another day to get the key made. I was very upset and my concern and dissatisfaction was pretty much just shrugged off. My business was clearly not needed or appreciated. Needless to say I will not be back. I have found a locksmith who will make the key for about $100 less than what you were charging me. I am not someone to get excited or yell in a store when I am not treated well. If the store had been apologetic and offered me a decent discount because of my trouble, I would have gone back. If I had been treated well, in another 2 years when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle I would not have hesitated to come here. Now it is solidified that I will not return. When you make a mistake, you have to make it right. That is what good customer service is all about. More
I was having some trouble with my car, and wanted to get it fixed ASAP. The receptionist told me that they weren't able to get me in any time soon. An excellent experience at Route 18 Auto. I took my car there for an oil change and the mechanic found that my tires were bad. Rich got me a good price on a new set of tires.
