Stay away for service 2012 Jeep Liberty check engine came on. Came back as cylinder 1 misfiring, confirmed by 2 other shops with diagnostic computer and also confirmed by d 2012 Jeep Liberty check engine came on. Came back as cylinder 1 misfiring, confirmed by 2 other shops with diagnostic computer and also confirmed by dealer. Spark plug was changed with 2 different brands by myself. AC Delco and motorcraft. In that order. Issue was not corrected and left motorcraft plug in. Mechanic ran his tests on coil pack and compression with no issues along with injector check. Changed spark plug and issue miraculously went away. Was told all plugs need to be changed at a 350$ quote. FYI plugs are 5.88$ a piece from dealer. Would need 5 more. Changed them all myself in 20 minutes. How does 30$ worth of parts and 1hr labor of 125$ add up to 350$? I declined immediatly. Asked to speak to manager because of this attempted scam by service advisor and mechanic. Advisor tried to play the "it was a motorcraft" plug and that's why. 2 bad plugs? Perfectly gapped for this vehicle. Who knows what the mechanic really did under hood of my truck. My guess is it just needed a cleaning or wires were moved around to point where issue fixed itself. Stay away from this dealer for service, it's obvious they play the scam game. Go elsewhere. My service advisor Ann Shulz was extremely rude and obviously took it personal when I denied the rip off quote for a easy spark plug change. Made that completely obvious by letting the door slam in my face while following her back into the lobby to pay for my waste of time. Manager told me bring it back for free diagnostic when the issue happens. Smoke up my you know what just to get me out of there. Never again will I bring my vehicle to dealer. Only did because it was a possible warranty issue. If dealers answer back to this review, don't bother because it's obvious your into scamming customers. More

My car was damaged in their care I had my 2010 Dodge Challenger serviced there for an oil change on 8/28/15. I had a 1:00pm apt and I did not get my car back until well after 2:30pm. When I got the car back I noticed that there was damage to my bumper on my drivers side. It was obvious that one of the employees drove it into something, it was not caused by another customer....how do I know this you ask? Someone obviously tried to cover it up and likely made it worse. You see I also got the free car wash and the wash was terrible. The car was still a bit dirty, it looked as if they only sprayed water on it. The only clean part on the car was the area that was damaged. There were spray marks on the plastic by the headlight and on the area that was damaged. These spray marks are the same as you would see if you sprayed armor all on a piece of plastic. It was obvious to me that someone, hit the front bumper, caused spider marks, then made the paint flake off by buffing it. When I brought this to the attention of the Service and Parts Director, Chris he told me that their guy probably saw a blemish and tried to make it look pretty, that is why it was covered in spray and no one tried to cover anything up. Really? The car wash was absolutely terrible, this was the only clean spot. I asked if he had cameras, he said yes, but did not want to take time out of his busy schedule to review the video. Really? As a manager I would want to know what happened and who tried to cover it up. But it is likely he already knew who did it so that is why he didn't want to bother. I am not upset about the accident, as accidents do happen. I am upset because they are dishonest there. Someone at the dealership damaged my car and tried to cover it up. Stay away from this place! The body work is schedule for 9/21/2015. Hopefully they will do a proper job by taking the bumper off, sanding and repainting the entire thing. If not there will be more problems. Avoid this place, they are dishonest. More

There so called professional tech put the lift arms in the wrong position and lifted my flawless truck in the air. Now the service advisor Richie all he can say is sorry! Really that fixes everything right ( wrong ) I have to deal with my truck looking horrible. I will NEVER buy another Dodge Ram again. More

I WILL NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN! I unfortunately have a 2005 Jeep Liberty which was caught up in the recall for the gas tank. The fix was to add a trailer hitch, if after inspection, I unfortunately have a 2005 Jeep Liberty which was caught up in the recall for the gas tank. The fix was to add a trailer hitch, if after inspection, it was deemed necessary. This recall began in 2013. Two years later my jeep was finally inspected! Well over a year ago I was nastily informed by a staff member to "read the notice, you"ll be contacted when the parts are available". After multiple calls in the following months I was finally placed on a waiting list in early September 2014. After not hearing anything for months and receiving multiple recall notices, cards and calls from Chrysler Corporation (not dealership) I started calling service department again in February 2015. At least 7 messages were left on the answering machine in the service center...NONE of them were returned! Finally a human answered the phone on March 25th, he actually had the audacity to tell me it was my lucky day...the parts just came in! My April 7th appointment took about a half hour for them to look at the hitch that was already installed and slap a sticker on it. I will NEVER use this dealership again. I also have every intention of contacting the Chrysler Group Recall Center as well as the NHTSA to lodge a complaint. More
