Service - overall good experience, easy communication Rich Warren was easy to work with and communicate with. Car was in service for several days and was given a loaner car, no hassles (that was great!). Rich Warren was easy to work with and communicate with. Car was in service for several days and was given a loaner car, no hassles (that was great!). Communicate by text was super easy and payment super easy too. Just didn't like waiting for car to be washed at pickup since I advised my arrival an hour before hand and car was ready for a few hours. It's hard working full time overnight shift and classes full time days - my minutes are super precious. I would have given an excellent rating if the car was ready to go on my arrival. Otherwise, it was overall good experience and I appreciated the super easy communication since talking on the phone is not always convenient. More

Very pleasant experience Lets face it, no one likes getting their car serviced. I had 8 software updates and a radio issue. I was there from 10:15 to 1ish. Almost 3 hours. But what made it better was how attentive the techs were and how much they kept me updated on the progress. Sean Boyle was very polite and helpful. I bought my car from this dealership and it's been nothing but great experiences ever since. My husband who bought his jeep from a different dealership even bringa his vehicle here now. More

He explained how his boss wanted him to reach out to me in order to make me a happy and get their customer back. I gave Rich much hesitation because of my previous experiences. He was able to talk me into allowing their dealership to perform my oil change as well as a 25 point inspection at no charge. I advised him of my schedule and my lengthy my daily commute. Rich accommodated me by providing a rental vehicle. While dropping off my car off Rich and I had a great discussion and he truly salvaged my relationship with this dealership. They chose the absolute best person for this job. Rich you are a TRUE ASSET to any establishment you are at. Thank you for going above and beyond in order to provide world class customer service!!! Service on Jeep bought from a different Dealership I called to have my Jeep service for upper strut noise that started when the weather started getting cold and a water leak that started last week near I called to have my Jeep service for upper strut noise that started when the weather started getting cold and a water leak that started last week near my driver side window. I was going to go to RT 1 in Lawrenceville NJ where I bought the Jeep but I live right near RT18 and I had bought another car from them 2 years ago and they were great so I decided to go here since they were closer. So thankful I made that choice. I couldn't have asked for better service. Not only was someone in constant communication with me they repaired the strut noise and also while there took care of a recall and also did an oil change. As for the water leak they had a water specialist there and found there was damaged that was repaired and sprayed over from when I bought the Jeep and it never showed on the Car Fax so they recommended I take it back to the dealer where I purchased it from. All I can say is I should have purchased my Jeep from there but they didn't have anything available at the time I was looking. GREAT SERVICE and a great place to buy a car. More

life saver We broke down on the Jersey Turnpike on our way home to Maryland from NY. Insurance company tow line was useless. Called the nearest Jeep dealership and Richie was more than helpful. Got us off the turnpike step by step and in touch with a tow truck who was just as nice. They diagnosed the problem, luckily had the part in stock, reprogrammed and replaced the part within an hour and a half. The shop was extremely accommodating with our 5 year old daughter and dog. We were 3 hours from home and Richie made it clear from the start that one way or another we were taken care of and not to worry. We were so relieved to have found such an awesome shop in the middle of what could have been a disaster! More

Also showed tech radio volume remains while in mute mode-not a big concern, just fyi. After 4 hours I called service dept. and was told vehicle was not serviced yet because they were short staffed and I had a radio issue. I advised them to forget about radio issue and just change the oil. Called at 4:30 PM , and told "it was ready for hours", but they were unable to contact me b/c my vmbx was full- strange my phone had no missed calls and my email address is on the invoice. Total disappointment and end of lease can't come quick enough. SHL More
